Very helpful staff. When I had car trouble, they took me to the nearest mechanic, translated for me, and it was dealt with very quickly.

Visiting family in Kastoria, staying with them was not an option so we choose Chloe Hotel, the minute we walked into the lobby, I know we made the right choice. Beautiful hotel and the views were also, Margarita and her mother made us feel at home for breakfast, as if we were guests in their home, with alot of the breakfast foods coming from local people in Kastoria and Margarita's mother making a lot of the sweets, we will definitely stay again on our next trip!!

In one word - amazing. We have never seen such a great treatment. n. Everything was excellent. Great view. Very clean. And most of all is that the hotel owner is the most lovely peson. Great woman. She set and talk with us and help us with everything we wanted.

Lovely family run hotel. Comfortable and very well maintained with high quality fittings and furnishings. The owners and staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful The hotel is on the outskirts of the city in a very nice and peaceful residential area. Our room was beautiful and had a balcony with a lovely view of the mountains and also the lake. It was about half an hour easy walk to the centre along the lake but a late night taxi back was under 5 euros. Breakfast was excellent with many delicious homemade cakes, preserves and local dishes made by the owner. Free on street parking was very easy. We would not hesitate to return - Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. Very clean! Friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Spacious room. Good variety at breakfast. On site drinks and food available. Lake view room provided a pretty good partial view but the rest of the service at the hotel made up for that.
