Muy buena recepción y staff, hotel prácticamente limpio, instalaciones mejoradas, área de playa buena, la piscina en buenas condiciones, la variedad de las comidas en el buffet puede ser mejorada. Tuve un inconveniente con mi familia al querer cenar en el restaurante Mexicano, eran las 9:10 de la noche y no nos dejaron pasar por la hora que era hasta las 9:00 y a veces hasta las 9:30 de la noche, y cuando volvimos a pasar a las 9:35-9:40 habían entrado otras personas, extranjeros y al parecer los dejaron entrar porque cuando fuimos no estaban en esa mesa cuando fuimos, y de igual forma en la app de Iberostar dice que está abierto hasta las 10:00 de la noche.

Years ago this hotel was outstanding but now it is a total disappointment place. Roaches, structures needs urgent repairs, food has no taste at all and basically is the same thing everyday; The overnight receptionist is very rude, the only way to move here and have good and fast attention is constantly tipping waiters except for a few that perform their jobs in a friendly and professional manner. If you choose regular rooms you will get 2 small beds where 2 adults barely fit. If you’re lucky you’ll also have bedbug as partners and you’ll notice the next day. Even though the customer service dept make all their best to satisfy customers demands is practically impossible because the property needs and demand a totally upgrade. Deficient A/C ( my family and I was switched to other room but still the AC wasn’t enough good. Absolutely dissatisfied! Too many issues during my stay here since the first day until the last day, the room was completely renovated, we had to kill cockroaches in the room and endure bedbug bites. Sliding door for the terrace without Security because it was broken.

Love the pool, and the cleaning. The council assigned to us (Starlyn),was so helpful, he made the reservations to eat at night. We ate and had so much fun, specially at the Japanese restaurant, the chefs were so funny and the food was delicious. It was a lovely vacation.

From concierge flat out leaving us without dinner reservations the first night which entailed us to go outside of resort to get dinner ourselves. To check in clearly saying 3pm and being told by staff that it’s 3:30. They also tried to get us to pay an additional amount of money to have two rooms next to each other when we requested it by email prior to even arriving. Also having a bloody hand print in our bathroom doorway upon arrival the first day.

I being to a lot hotels and this my first one that has that meet the need for anyone the only thing they have to fix is parking if you get people for just 2 days instead I stay a week I think would need more preference

We got there and the room look old I don’t like it after we got other room and it was better but not I was expecting. Sorry but I don’t like it I be in better

This was an amazing stay. The food is amazing the staff is great. The property is big but very easy to get around. The rooms are clean and very nice, the beds are so comfortable. Definitely will be going here again!

Would be 10/10 if they did better with the food, we stayed for 4 days and the buffet food was 2/5, if you’re staying here I would recommend MAKE RESERVATIONS AT THE OTHER RESTAURANTS, we had the food from the Japanese restaurant and Mexican and there I would rate 4/5. Do yourself a favor and just avoid the food at the snack bar (0/5). Other than that the Resort was a pleasure, the staff was 10/10 and if you ever go on a night there’s “Dominican Night” AVOID THE VENDORS at all cost. They were very pushy and wanted $145 American dollars for 3 bracelets (yeah… ridiculous) their gift shop had much better quality bracelets and souvenirs for less than 10-15 bucks, we got over 6 souvenirs to take home from there and spent less than 80 USD (hotel either should not invite those vendors or have a staff member to ensure they aren’t scamming their guests)

What a great vacation we had. the staff was very attentive the food & shows was simply awesome

We liked the place, it is well maintained, the rooms were nice and clean. What We liked the most is that the bedroom was cleaned every day. What We did not like to much, is that some of the personal trying to sell memberships the next day She or He does not recognize You because You did not buy the membership.

Me encanto.el seevicio,la comida,las activities,el resort es excellent. Solo deverian de renovar las habitaciones son un poco antiguas.

I love it because it's not that big, but it has what you need for a vacation, I loved it and I will be back soon.

Loved the peacocks on the property. They are so beautiful up close. Didn't like all the vendors on the beach. Loved the buffet better than the specialty restaurants. Did not like the late snacks optionss. I would have preferred some fruit over the fried food.
