A las cinco de la mañana empezó a caer agua dentro del baño del piso de arriba, nos cambiaron de cuarto pero no ofrecieron nada más

Tienen muchos detalles que mejorar en la habitacion y baño El agua estaba fria

Excellent location within walking distance to a super market and restaurants.

I really liked the property and staff, but there were a couple of incidents, that is why I did not give it 5 stars. Fire alarm went off the 1st night, water temp in our room was up and down for 2 days, other than that excellent stay. Would likely come back.

Hotel room is old and smells like old, floor carpet seems dirty. Shower is even worse, terrible flow and impossible to regulate temperature. Personnel and service rescues this hotel; everyone is very friendly and helpful.

It was 85 degrees and no water in the pool. I booked extra days so i could be around the pool. Also they do not water the plants at the entrance. I filled water bottles and did it myself. Other than that everything was excellent

Friendly staff, very clean and quiet. I had to run the shower for a while to get hot water (5th floor)

I’ve stayed in a range of hotels in Queretaro as well as other cities in Mexico for work, all similar level and price to Hampton - this was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Breakfast not worth eating - lobby and rooms seem like they are from the early 1980’s. Many better choices in the are.

El hotel ya se percibe viejo, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, mal olor en el pasillo, el desayuno no apetece, mobiliario viejo en habitación y área la comunes, personal atento Me he quedado en otro hoteles de la zona y están más nuevos por el mismo precio

Excelente servicio en recepción. Todo muy limpio.

Usan muchos vasos de unicel a mi parecer están mal acomodados y pareciera que es la opción para tomar café o jugo, sin embargo un poco escondidas estás las tazas y los vasos de cristal. Del 25 al 26 de febrero 2023 la alberca no estaba en funcionamiento. Salvo estos detalles general todo muy bien.
