Stayed many times in Ostend but this was my first stay at The Prado. Couldn’t have been nicer. Friendly staff and convenient for town Bars and general shopping. Room rate was reasonable for large rooms. Well recommend.

Staff were amazing, went over and above to make sure i got a taxi safely for example. The location is excellent, right in the centre so perfect for beach and Oistende's amazing nightlife! Would definitely stay again.

The hotel Prado is a beautiful hotel, with immaculate rooms and located in the centre of oostende within easy access of the beach and local bars and restaurants. The perfect place to stay whether traveling for work or holiday. The rooms are well presented with plenty of space and the bathrooms kept immaculately. The breakfast is wholesome with a diverse options from both hot and cold food, with a wonderful selection of coffee options from the fresh coffee machine.

Nice hotel, great location, very nice and helpfull staff. The rooms do not have ac, so with warm weather it’s very warm in the room. Opening a window does not help at all.

Little cold during the nights

Small functional hotel that is good situated. The walls are not so soundproof, cleaning service is reduced to a minimum. No signboard for "do not disturb", so the cleaning staff will knock on your door the whole morning until they can do their work.

The hotel was great, extremely clean and beds were excellent. It was a bit dated, so maybe not best for a romantic gateway but if travelling with children, for holiday, business... Great place and super clean.

I enjoyed my short stay thanks to the information given from the lady receptionist of this hotel.

Very central location, near to everything.

Ostend is lovely itself, nice seaside resort and also only 15 mins by train to Bruges.

The room was not cleaned we had no electicity for a period when told the staff they seemed to be not interested when on checkout I told the manager and he seemed to be a very aragont person who didn,t care much about customer service it was sorry and that was it

Will situated to all that Ostend has to offer. Easy walk to railway station and tram stop across the road.

Clean and comfortable room with a central location. Hotel has an elevator and the staff are helpful and welcoming. This is not a luxury hotel and does not have a view of the ocean but is only two blocks away. It's right across from the central tram stop and is very convenient. If you are looking for a clean, safe and modern place to stay, enjoy your visit here!

We were visiting for a party. Our room was tiny, next to the lift and stairs we could hear people on the stairs and talking in the reception area. Although we were allowed into our room early we had to wait for the receptionist to finish her memo. Other staff ignored us as we popped in and out. A smile would have been nice
