Very nice hotel, clean, very friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast also very delicious

We had a pleasant stay for 5 nights at this hotel. Staff were friendly and nice and some of them spoke English very well. Room looked exactly like in the pictures and was very comfortable, clean and quite spacious. They provided complete amenities and were available to take near front desk. Umbrellas were also available for use near front desk. Room was cleaned every 3 days (check-in day was excluded) but clean towels and 2 cans of mineral waters were provided every days. The hotel also has a public bath on 9th floor though we didn't try it. Located in a very quiet neighborhood and the nearest subway station is Nishi-juitchome and Nishi Hatchome is nearest streetcar station. Susukino and Tanukikoji are within walking distance, maybe around 15-20 minutes. Konbinis are located nearby the hotel. Easily accessible to and from airport. I'd recommend to use airport bus (from airport) and get off at Sapporo View Hotel, from then walk around 5-10 minutes to reach the hotel. On the contrary, airport bus stop (to airport) is located across the street in front of Abest Hotel, which is only 5-10 minutes from the hotel. If you are going/coming to/from Sapporo Station, better get a taxi.
