Easy to get to and clean and quiet.

Staff were friendly, responsive. However, the pool stayed open beyond 10 pm and was very noisy. Also, the room was filled with mosquitos!

Loved the pool area for hanging out with large groups and the games there as well. The rooms are small but had everything we needed.

An overall good stay. Ceiling repair needs to be done in the room we stayed in. Really didn't care for the contour of the floor in the shower. Its floor was not level. I believe it was designed to slope toward the middle. Not sure why. A 'hum' to the refrigerator. Pleasant stay, good host.

Great place to stay, friendly staff.

The smell in the hotel made it hard to sleep. It gave me such a headach. My first night there was great the next 2 nights had me wanting to switch hotels or sleep in my car. The hotel was COLD. Probably the worst stay I have had in the 4 years I have been coming to fairmont to stay. Definitely going to try a different hotel.

Our TV didn't work and they replaced it with a new one right away. Staff was friendly and accomodating upon checking in and out. We were in town for a hockey tournament and they let us rent out a conference room to play floor hockey!

The restaurant/bar on location had great food. Pool was heated!! The pool area was very roomy!

Average stay. Annoying when all amenities are not available.

The room was nice but the cost was a lot more than I would have liked to pay for a place to sleep. We tried to cancel one of the rooms and were told that cancellations were not allowed.
