Clean & great staff!

The staff was awesome! Expedia kept declining the charge due to the taxes in Mobile changing BUT the staff figured it out! Expedia really needs to update their system

Excellent service

Smelled nothing but dog the entire visit. I knew this was a pet friendly property which I did not mind. The odor was throughout the facility. It appeared clean but the smell was too much for me.

Room was clean and they came through and straighten up the room each day. Good stay overall.

Front desk clerk went above and beyond providing towels for pool area

Pool should have been open. It was 90 degrees.

Candlewood was the best. I've stayed in most hotels downtown Mobile, and I'm sold with this one.

Generally we liked this facility. The staff was great, and the bed was super comfortable, and the place was very clean. We felt the amenities were a little lacking. We were able to get breakfast at a small restaurant close by which was very good. There was not much else in walking distance. Our boys were disappointed that the pool was not open on a fairly warm day, and the little shopping space was fairly sparse and expensive.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The only thing wrong with the room was the coffee pot and fridge were dirty, but we didn’t have intention of using them so it was fine. Everything else was perfect.

Love will stay here again

Close to where we needed to be for Mardi Gras … very helpful staff.

We got sent to the Hilton Garden Inn due to overbooking but it was all good.

The hotel cancelled my reservation and Expedia never informed me( Expedia also still has my payment of $149 that I expect to be refunded). I chatted with a rep yesterday stating that the refund would be approved but I haven’t heard back.
