Room was spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Amenities were suitable. Overall a very nice stay even though it was for a few hours

Our room was very dirty. There were stains on the sheets of what looked like blood. The comforter had bleach stains and the rug had stains. The room smelled of strong cleaning products or chemicals. We were also given a handicapped room and I booked a regular room. When we asked for a new room then said they were full. There were people standing outside our door talking constantly and we had to excuse ourselves to get around them. And the next morning the cleaning staff were slamming doors down our floor constantly. I hate to give bad reviews but this was not a good place to stay.

Room had a musty basement smell, tv didn't work and took 1/2 a day to fix, shower had a very weak flow. Breakfast was meh as it had some good things, but not a lot and was not really kept stocked up, so there were waits for things. Otherwise the room was good. They allowed my father-in-law to check in sincehe was neeting us there but my flight was delayed 12 hours.

I had a very nice one night stay after my flight at IAH. The king bed was very comfortable, and the A/C was cold and worked well. The refrigerator and TV both worked well. The staff was kind and helpful. The only thing that made me cringe was the hundreds of black spots of mold on the very high shower ceiling. (Room 306) I decided to NOT take a shower. I believe it needs to be cleaned with Clorox!

Very conveniently located

The female at the front desk on 7/27/2025 was very rude and lack customer service towards her guest. We reached in early from an international flight, I waited over 25 minutes for the airport shuttle. When the shuttle came the drive an Afro American female driver was dress like she had on home clothes very unprofessional and her female friend accompanied her in the van. When I entered the hotel front desk the clerk told me she will be with me shortly. I took a seat and waited patiently. When she finished her conversation I approached the desk. I told her know we are early if they could hold our luggage’s so we could get something to eat; no we can’t hold your luggage and if we check early there will be an additional fee. I told her the manner she is speaking to me it’s unprofessional. She refused to give me her name and she walked off. I will never stay at your hotel again in Houston, TX near the airport.

Place is dirty and run down, the room we had had a foul odor and we disco roaches when we were leaving.

Very mildewy

The room smelled like smoke and the air did not smell clean. The staff at the desk took forever to check in three people. She stayed on the phone forever answering questions to a caller and everybody in the lobby had to wait a long time.

The bugs and roaches aren’t okay . People travel and come from out of town and even just need some stay for other reason but roaches in multiple rooms and even hallways

Not very satisfied with the condition of the hotel and the rooms had Roaches but the staff is great

There were roaches in multiple rooms that i stayed in even had to switch rooms twice during my stay , I’d recommend some form of extermination and also some of the rooms air conditions may need to be worked on as well

I really enjoyed my room, the fact there was Shuttle Service from the airport (to and from). The bed was surprisingly very comfortable! The Air Conditioning though did not get cold enough, but was mostly comfortable during my stay...great value overall!
