Pre booked valet parking at £40 extra cost. Given separate post code for this at time of booking. Arrived to barriers down, contact via intercom took a while. Told car park full. After an age and a lot of discussion eventually let into park. No valet parking. Plus several spaces in car park available. Not what I wanted to experience after a four hour drive. Twin room with disability bathroom. Room dark but comfortable. Small fridge, with tea facilities and coffee machine. Everything available for my needs. Bathroom with odour

Room was clean, large with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was excellent, everything you need, inc slippers and bath robe. In room safe, iron, hairdryer. Nice size tv Everything's lovely and clean. Staff are really helpful, nothing is too much trouble. No plane noise inside, can hear a pin drop! My little dog stays with me there, this is our second visit and will definitely be back again.

Great location in Windsor. We were at the hotel for a birthday celebration , and staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble.

Easy check in. Parking is a bit tricky in the area, but hotel parking was conveniently located in the basement. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Staff are polite.

Brilliant my wife stayed with her mum staff was brilliant she didn’t catch the guys name who helped with there suitcase lovely guy breakfast was amazing 10/10

Very good proximity to Windsor Castle. The staff are cheerful and very helpful.

Beautiful location. I’m a gym person so that was my only “complain” but there are so many places to walk so I was still able to get a workout in. The hotel is beautiful and you can’t beat it for the price and food. Friendly staff. I would recommend

Very smart and modern hotel inside which maybe you can’t tell from the outside. Very nice room comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.

Hotel & restaurant staff are attentive. Ideal location for visiting Windsor Castle.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, excellent staff service. Only negative was when we got to our room we were allocated one that could be used as a connecting room for families, only a thin door separating the rooms and you could hear everything the people in the other room were saying,

The hotel itself is lovely and well located, however the room isn't very clean the bathroom is the worst for cleanliness ive ever stayed in ,the sheets also have questionable stains on ,not happy, also quite a few moths in the room.

Fantastic Hotel right across the street from the Castle you can’t get any closer. Very nice rooms with great touches. So many restaurants nearby
