Bigger pool

Good

The room was dirty and dusty. Everything felt worn down. The furniture surfaces had stains in them and there was a mini fridge in the middle of the floor instead of in the designated cabinet (which was just empty). The pool was also dirty and full of dirt on the bottom.

We were here on a one night triip. The staff was super friendly. Our room waa clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast waa good. If only had to complain they need to redecorate the hallways and fix ice machine. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

My room was cleaned in the middle of my stay as if I was checking out- and my very expensive refrigerated medication was thrown away. I was offered comp for two of the nights and have received nothing back. Since I did not get it in writing, I am going to have to file a claim. Lesson to all: make sure you insure your trip! Even if you do not miss the trip itself, stuff like this can happen and it is helpful to be able to recover strange losses like this.

Stayed 2 nights for family function, room had dusty counter, toilet bowel seat was sliding all over the place wasn’t tightened down, I had to tighten it, tub spout plunger wasn’t functioning properly, so shower head had bad water pressure as water was still coming out of faucet. Had 4 people in room but only 2 towels, room was a junior suite with 2 queen beds.

Room was clean and comfy. Hotel was under construction, doors slamming throughout the night, pool party until 1100pm, food at restaurant was not good

The lady in check in stopped halfway through checking me in to help someone else get checked in… seemed very unprofessional to me.

Power went out in half my room overnight.. unfortunately no remedy. Luckily my phone had charge for the alarm to go off. Let Front desk staff know.. the person looked at me like a deer in the headlights- no offered apology or acknowledgment of the issue. Room was spacious and lighting elements are definitely cool- when working. Check in was great and the woman with the bandaid was awesome and helpful when arriving.

Expensive for what it is. Poop and hot tube dirty.

No mention of construction when booking. Elevators and halls smelled of vomit.

The stay has been good. Overall we were satisfied with the service it provided
