Walking distance to all areas of Mooloolaba. The unit was clean and tidy and staff were very helpful. We'll be staying there again.

We arrived at our accommodation and extremely lucky we were upgraded to another room due to some issues which apparently would be fixed later that week/early next week Communication with reception was excellent Accommodation very clean and tidy Very close to shops and Mooloolaba Wharf for our activities we had booked A lovely quiet pleasant area of Mooloolaba

Stayed for a couple of nights. The weather wasn't brilliant so couldn't explore the area much, so will be back again. Very clean and nice apartment. Modern decor and quiet area. Great communication from Kirsten & Kate, the managers of the property.

It's a kind of holiday let. The building is complex where owners and costermers stay. Although there are 29 one - bedroom, it's really quiet. The bus stop is nearby which provides 3 bus services (600, 611 &615). It's conveniently to travel the most areas in Sunshine Coast.

Location wise it was great... away from the noise of buses and service vehicles, and still only a short walk to all the eateries etc. Well appointed one bedroom unit. Helpful and welcoming staff. Only criticism we had was that the sliding doors and window were extremely difficult to move.

The instructions to find the property were not very clear I also asked for late check out which was approved and then I had the property manager trying to rush me out early on the day of checkout which wasn’t ideal

Friendly welcome reminders, great communication and customer service. Location, location, location! Close to the Mooloolabba Esplanade shopping mall shops and cafes, and also on the other side of river, more selection of eateries and vintage Op Shops.

Great outlook Nights and weekends noisy below on street front from teenagers jumping off footbridge and causing trouble, Police attended on one occasion

Great place to be based for exploring the sunshine coast

Great accommodation, not the newest and poshest but clean, great views, great spot, amazing roof access. Would stay again. Note also accommodated a last min request for later checkout. Much appreciated.

Great place to stay

Stay here on numerous occasions, it just works! Good location, good amenities, nice pool. Will return.

3 nights stay for work . Arrived on a 36 degree day at 2 pm to be told the power was out and no idea when it would be back on . Beyond that there was no follow up with information . Power was restored 8.30 that night so had no AC all that time so room was a sweat box . Nothing after the fact either . An apology for the inconvenience would have been the norm but nothing . Beyond that the room was ok , it served the purpose and the girls enjoyed the roof top area for sunning themselves . A barbecue would have been nice up there !

I stayed here for about a week and chose this place because it had cooking facilities. I found it very convenient, with shops nearby and everything I needed to cook and do laundry, which was great. The facilities aren’t new, but they are clean and functional, so it met my needs perfectly.

Excellent base for Mooloolaba! Everything you needed and more in the apartment! Mooloolaba is a beautiful place and i hope we get to visit again soon

The property was very well located. Very close to dining, shopping, etc. walkable to every service you need…the apartment had everything you needed. Really loved the Experience and the Location and the Apartment itself. I will return and ask for same room as it was just the perfect place! Keep up the great work! Thank you again 😊
