We stay in this hotel for one night check February 13 check out February 14 for my son‘s birthday the hotel the hot tub was amazing and clean and the stuff was super friendly the friend guy sorry I forgot his name but he was such a friendly guy, we would love to come back again

A bit of an older property which might need renovations, but staff was amazing upon checking in, room was clean and they upgraded me due to being my partners birthday… they seem like they care!

Hotel messed up the check in, I booked two rooms and they tried to charge me for both and only give me one room. Room was underwhelming, weird stain on the cuck chair.

Terribly noisy between rooms. I could hear every word of my neighbours, very disconcerting, staff were great - hotel is just very tired.

Stayed one night on the way to Whistler. Our room was located on a nonsmoking floor but it had a funny smell in the hallway. Good that the smell did not propagate to the room. The room was dark as other reviewers have mentioned but it's not a deal breaker. Room was clean and spacious. There is a liquor store and cute little cafe connected to the hotel.

Toilet in the room did not work. When we tried to get it fixed, we couldn't get in contact with anyone. They did try to repair it once we were able to reach someone at the front desk, but it was already late. They could not repair it and we had to move rooms when our kids were already in bed. I recognize issues arise from time to time, but when there are such inconveniences a discount of some sort should be offered. Basic customer service 101. Definitely not worth the money charged for the room

Good place to stay for a more reasonable-priced accommodation. The beds were comfy, and the room has everything you need. Could use a bit of updating, but fine for what we were looking for.

Comfortable beds, clean facilities, nice room.

This is our to go hotel when traveling to Squamish.

The room was mostly clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were quite lumpy. The spa was extra hot. The clerk was crusty and annoyed when I asked him to fix our sliding door, or if we could change rooms. The grumpy experience wasn't appreciated.

Convenient location, but please expect the limited service they could provide.

It was very clean and nice room
