Servicio especial más de 10 estrellas, la señora que marina que te atiende para reservar las excursiones muy amable y encantadora, sin dudas alguna es un lugar donde puedes sentirte como en casa los mayordomos todos muy atentos y serviciales, la comida muy buena el servicio de habitación bueno todo en general me encantó sin duda alguna volvería de nuevo se los recomiendo mucho y otra cosa que no puedo dejar de menciona los meseros todo son muy atentos y detallistas, amé este hotel

We absolutely loved our time at this hotel. The staff were amazing, the views were amazing, the room was amazing, and overall the entire hotel blew our expectations out of the park. We are already planning our return!

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at the resort and can’t say enough about the amazing team who made our vacation so special! From the moment we arrived, Jorge at check-in set the tone with his warm welcome and helpful attitude — check-in was a breeze, and he made us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, Mario and Andres, our butlers, went above and beyond to take care of every detail. Whether it was helping us with dinner reservations, arranging special touches, or just checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, they were always one step ahead and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. A huge shoutout to Jorge poolside, who took such great care of us during our time by the water. His friendly service and attention made lounging by the pool an absolute treat. And we can’t forget Raul from the activities team — his energy and enthusiasm made the daily activities so much fun! He always found ways to get everyone involved and bring positive vibes to every event. The resort is beautiful, but it’s truly the incredible staff who make it exceptional. Thank you all for making our getaway so relaxing, fun, and memorable — we can’t wait to come back!

I loved the friendliness of the staff and the food was amazing , I would recommend this resort to whoever has not been here , I will consider coming back again

Great suite. Amazing views. Food is decent, but it has dropped in quality since I last visited about 11 years ago. The ceviches are not what they used to be. Room service is also decent, but not timely. Cleaning service is a little spotty without adequate resupply of towels daily.

It was nice for the price, swim up bar was the highlight! Amazing views right on the beach.

Spectacular views of both the mountains and the beach. Clean, comfortable room with good air conditioning. Service staff friendly and especially attentive/accommodating. Excursion prices were very fair and day trips were fun. Spa experience was outstanding.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was the biggest negative for us. We did the all-inclusive and ended up eating out because outside of the food you could order at the pool that was good, everything else we has was not edible.

The facility is adding more rooms. located on the beach but the beach is not cleaned everyday. There is very limited dinning options: Only 2 restaurants with one taking dinner reservations only with 6 tables while other takes all the load which means service is limited. As with other all inclusive resorts, food options are also very limited. We paid for food but ended up eating outside as choices were not vegetarian friendly or same 6 menu items repeating throughout the entire week we were there. Staff is super friendly, and work really hard. Our flight was later in the evening and checkout was ta noon. We requested to checkout but hang in the hotel for some time which was not welcomed and they removed our all inclusive access as well.

This resort was small but everyone was friendly and catering. The staff was always on top of everything we needed during our trip. Food was really good. My room I got was in the new part of their building and was nice and clean and had a beautiful view.

I had an amazing time here. The staff are five star, the rooms are lovely, the beach is great and so is the food. Lots of fun activities if you're alone or with a group. Definitely I will be back!

Amazing property with nice view and amazing hotel service

Great location right on the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was kept very clean and serviced. However, they are still in the process of building on a new section of the hotel so that is rather an eyesore. I don't know what's the problem since there were no workers working on it this time we were there (May 2025) or when we were there in January/February 2025.

I would have gave them 5 stars if they changed my beds the last night I was there. Also when I got there I was pressured to go to a 75 minute sales. I was made to give 400 Pesci. I didn’t it make it and it was suppose to be refunded, but it was not. When I went to ask for it, I was redirected to another lady who was not available. It’s only 400 pesxoa I’ll survive but it’s the principal. Plus my time is money if you want me to stay and do these sales pitch pay me for it. Otherwise those 75 mins illl never get back. And i did not pay to do that.
