We didnt have a good experience, staff at the front desk would give me proper invoice for the prepaid payment , they told me I have to request this from Expedia…at any rate, didnt want to continue arguing about it as I was in a hurry to leave. Important to mention that the property and facility in general looks dirty without proper maintenance, mold in the bathrooms and my room had floor carpets with stains. Will not return to this hotel in the future. Sergio Mancilla

We arrived at the hotel around 8 PM and there were no front desk agents for 30 minutues. The rooms are dated. For breakfast, instead of the restaurant close to the front desk offering breakfast, I had to walk around to the very back of the hotel to have breakfast. To enter the casino you need to pay $5 dollars. There is no bar in the casino. In short, save you money, don't stay in this hotel!!!!!

The suite is excellent! Beautiful ocean views! Highly recommend the Suite on the 12th floor.

This hotel was an excellent choice for an American. The room was big and very clean. Some of the staff spoke English and were very helpful getting around and finding a taxi. There is no room service. The attached restaurant was not good for a non-Spanish speaker -- no printed menus just online. I could access the menu but there was no English version. Even though I have a pretty good Spanish vocabulary, I couldn't understand the food choices and no one was there to explain. But, there are lots of restaurants around that were more than sufficient.

Not what we remembered! This hotel was top notch 5 years ago. The condition of the room was substandard, dirty old carpets, plugged up shower, dated and rundown furniture.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel and area. The view and amenities were perfect. No complaints and will be back.

This hotel is rundown. The room was not very clean and the staff only some what helpful. Internet very poor had to cancel zoom meetings.

We booked the king suite (12th floor) just because we wanted the jacuzzi, but they didn’t have hot water that night and didn’t give us any explanation, we basically could’ve stayed in a cheaper room since the hot water wasn’t running.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable. There is a casino attached to the complex. I don’t gamble, but it seemed pretty nice. The hotel is also right next to the beach which was great. There is also a good restaurant attached to the hotel.

Nice ocean view. Many TV channels but NOT one in English. Problems with noise at night because the very busy beach road passes right under the hotel suites and there are many people about on weekends till late at night. Very nice room; excellent inexpensive restaurant.
