The staff was very friendly. It would be nice to have water and coffee accessible at all hours. And not from a machine. Our room had a horrible urine smell after the smell of cleaner wore off. It was very unpleasant. Otherwise the room was comfortable but very dated. Definitely did not get value for our money. The room was greatly overpriced.

It is an ideal place for a stay in Seville, have stayed before and will always be my first choice

This is a solid property. It is maintained. There was a lot of painting going on. That was a little bit smelly, but they have to keep standards up for their property. Nothing special but really good option for early morning flight the next day.

The stay was pleasant. Although it was a little far from the center of Seville. There is public transportation, but it it is a little tricky if you’re not informed.

Quiet, very helpful staff and good location close by the convention center.

In front of the palace. Nice owner and all are around.

Filthy. Noisy. Broken beds. Broken A/C units. Horrible customer service (with the exception of the handsome guy at the front desk who works nights). The only other good thing about this hotel is the parking garage.
