Great place

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great.

Excellent stay, staff was wonderful!

We came very early in the season and appeared initially to be the only occupants. We had some ongoing issues with the TV which was a shame. The view from the room was very good and the staff very responsive. To me, the place has a slightly clinical feel. So, making the place feel a little warmer would be to advantage

The location was convenient and the service was good.

The hotel was nice and had beautiful views, but we did not know the dining room was closed for the season. Our room was the first one beside the lobby (room 110) and all the noise from the lobby area bled through our bed wall (e.g. the lobby music, conversations, doors opening and closing and guests using the table and chairs on the other side of our bed wall. The hotel had board games for guests to use and the hot chocolate station with apples was a nice touch. Walkable to centre of Ganges.

Great stay, the hotel provided lots of snacks and drinks. Really enjoyed the make your own hot chocolate station and the cookies.

Wished we would have been told the restaurant was closed. But awesome stay anyway as very close to other amenities.

Only a small, partial view from bottom floor, but great for our one night there. T.V. volume wouldn't go high enough for us to hear it, but that is our only complaint. Front service desk was very friendly and helpful!

Very modern and feeling relax as soon as I stepped into the lobby. Nice sea view from the room!

Great bedding and lots of pillows, nice details for guest likes flavoured water and drinks in lobby, apples, and cookies.

Fabulous views , walking distance to Ganges.
