Good hotel for staying in Gaziabtep.

No smoking room smell left over smoking. No hair or lotion shampoo and product. No small towel to wash body. No breakfast. Bed has only sheets no fiber or comforter on the bed.

The hotel needs improvements and cleaning.

When we arrived, the receptionist was very cold towards us, they didn’t even take our bags to our room, didn’t even tell us the wifi password nor the time of breakfast, they just gave us our key to go to our room by ourselves, at the same time, I saw a European man which the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming to. Even at checking out, they were very disrespectful and didn't even hang up the phone to take the keys from us. The breakfast was not bad, but there weren’t too much varieties. And the food wasn’t very fresh. The overall rating is a 4/10 from me. Finally, I’d like to mention a cleaner named ms. Fahriye. She was very kind and respectful towards us, me and my family were very fond of her. Thank you ms Fahriye. 💐💐💐

One of my favorite hotels once I reach Gaziantep. Everything is just done the right way except that my first arrival I didn't know that I should ask which room that I prefer, they have just let me stay in a room near the elevator which is not comfortable for me and they refused to change it. Also, most of the staff were not speaking english. The good side was that its a comfortable hotel with delicious breakfast, the location is near the forum mall, the castle with lots of resturants around. The swimming pool is there with small gym.

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. The were extremely accommodating, the staff was absolutely incredible. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. The front desk gentleman I believe his name was haci? Who checked us in and out was beyond helpful and kind. I've stayed in many hotels and he was just an amazing employee and I hope he gets the recognition for it. Great experience from check in to check out. Thank you!

Weather was good and the food was very good. People are friendly, Manny historical sites.

Room and beds were disgusting not cleaning at all but breakfast was good but pool was very dirty staff were polite and very nice

it’s best hotel in Gaziantep, few steps from the shopping mall, waking distance to all the historical sights and the staff are very friendly, I really liked my stay and encourage people to stay in this hotel.

Well loacted, few minures walk from shoppong areas, supermarket and restaurants. Very helpful staff and good brealkfast.
