The room was a little too warm and the air conditioner wasn't working right.

Air conditioning was weak. Room small, no luggage rack, uncomfortable pillow.

Very nice property, well appointed and in a good location. The staff were friendly and as always in Switzerland the customer service was exemplary.

The thermostat is good only for locals , not internationals

Hotel D was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

We added the breakfast option which was 27CHF pp. Kind of pricey but the breakfast was good and a fat amount of options. There are lots of places close by to eat at.

Excellent hotel for location and value. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and town center. We would stay there again.

Very charming hotel. Close to Old Town, museums, and shopping. Unfortunately, all the shops were closed as it was Easter Weekend. This was just a one night stay to get accustomed to the 7 hour time difference. The room was very tidy, had everything we needed and an extremely comfortable bed. The staff was more than helpful. Hotel is on a main artery and was very noisy with the street traffic. Tram went by all night, didnt get much sleep.

Extreme convenient.

We had an excellent time at this hotel. The staff was beyond helpful and nice. Rooms were super clean. We got the basic room, but it was larger than we expected and just fine for three nights. Great location in the heart of the city. Our only complaint was the temperature of the room at night. We had to open the window because it was so hot. The gym was also very hot and had limited equipment. It had three cardio machines and a set of hand weights (only Up to 10 kg).

Average hotel. Quick and easy check in, staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. We asked for a kettle and it was in our room on our return that evening. We were also able to borrow a plug adaptor Hotel modern and clean but the room itself was a bit tired. It had just been cleaned before we got there and there was a smell of dirty mop lingering. Not fresh at all and we had to open tge windows and spray some perfume to get rid of it. Good, quiet area near the river and a short walk to the Christmas markets

Nice hotel in a quieter part of town. Excellent access to tram leading to shopping areas, short walk to river front. Convenient location if you’re staying before a Viking cruise - could walk or tram to the docking location. Only downside was value - thought the room could be nicer for the price - felt a little more basic or sparse. But it was clean, quiet, and friendly- which was the most important for us.
