Wonderful stay. Boutique hotel with personalized attention from owners. Delicious French breakfast in a beautiful garden setting. No elevators. 9 minute steep walk to the castle. Trivalle street where hotel is located is very lively and full of restaurants and cafés.

The hotel was in an ideal location between the town and the old city of Carcassonne. It was easy to find nice restaurants and sightsee from here.

Great property. Gentleman and ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful! We paid extra for a parking space and would recommend this. Room comfortable, clean and modern. Lovely new bathroom. Great view of Carcassonne from the little terrace and only an 8 minute walk. Plenty of dining options right outside your door.

Truly a fairytale room, view, service and stay. Loved every bit of this hotel. The view from the room along with the rooftop view of the castle is stunning. Bottle of wine provided at check in was delicious. Recommend all to stay here while visiting. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent location with great access to the castle (10 minute hike up hill) and within walking distance to central downtown square with many dining options.

Very comfortable bed; good A/C; good shower; excellent location. Very small room and bathroom and very limited nearby parking. Ok breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at this Hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, we slept very well, breakfast was generous and well priced, and it's located in a charming street just below the medieval city. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, amazing view of the citadel from our window. It was a great location within easy reach of all amenities and attractions. There were excellent restaurants we went to all the ones recommended at the hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful time.
