It was ok not that good. No AC in the room

Bad breakfast, no egg available… old hotel but it’s ok for a one night stay, great location.

The room did not have coffee or tea, hot water kettle.

Location was great, staff very helpful, room a little tight. Breakfast here is quite basic.

Convenient property. Checkin went OK even with a few problems with bill.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and inviting, easy walking to downtown and area restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean and roomy. The breakfast available to all guests was very nice.

People at the Hotel were very attentive and nice. Great location and great place.

The hotel does not have air conditioning, it was not a big problem because the weather was nice

Good hotel in the center. The problem could be the parking. There are no space for all cars. One night I left the car on the street.

The hotel is at great location. It is in walking distance to city square and all good restaurants. Two supermarkets are with two blocks. The staffs speak fluent English and are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Coffee and tea are free are lobby.

Central location. Took a while to solve problem with security safe inside room. I was told that I must have entered a wrong password & that maintenance couldn’t see me till the next day. Eventually maintenance man discovered that the instructions were for a previous box that had since changed.

We checked in around 1am and the guy at reception was not happy about it though we only had to sleep for few hours. He was very unwelcoming and was very rude when i wanted to stay outside door for a smoke (it was a place to smoke). We booked twin bed rooms and the bed were really really small. I mean an average guy like me even would find it hard to change sides. The breakfast was average. Wont even call it a full breakfast as thr wasnt much. Overall look for other options.

Rooms are stastifactory. Staff is attentive. Watch the elevator. I got stuck on the third floor for 15 minutes. It was dark, hot and very confined (3ft. X 3ft.). Eventually they got the door open a crack so I breath a bit better.

Poor wifi, uncomfortable beds, and garage was practically impossible to park in.

A front desk attendant was curt and spoke no English, lying about the Internet which just needed to be reset which was done by his replacement, who was exceptional.

close to the main street. restaurants close to the hotel . great views. Front desk people nice.

The hotel was in a good location - two blocks from the main square - but the rooms are old, tired and quite Spartan. We would not return.

We stayed only one night, just before flying home from Argentina. Everything in the hotel was nice and comfortable, only the bathroom was a bit small (I really doubt that a tall person could sit on the toilet in ours). Also, breakfast was almost only sweet stuff, but that seems to be the custom in Patagonia.
