La propiedad está bastante desmejorada. La habitación no cuenta con los elementos básicos que uno espera en un hospedaje. El desayuno es bastante bueno.

Great Value Stay in a Safe Neighborhood! We arrived late at the hotel and were warmly greeted by the reception staff, who efficiently checked us in. The room, though small, was tidy and clean, albeit a tad noisy due to street sounds with the windows open—perfect for those who don't mind some city buzz. While lacking air conditioning, the room had a small fridge, and the bathroom, though compact, was clean with hot water and complimentary toiletries. The comfortable bed with four pillows ensured a restful sleep, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive. Breakfast, included in the stay, offered a sufficient spread, with particularly delicious coffee. Located in a safe neighborhood, this hotel offers excellent value for a comfortable stay.

Necesitan poner comodidades en la ducha para poner los artículos de aseo, tener ventiladores ya que el calor hace la hora de descanso incomoda. El grifo del lavabo esta muy alto y hace que se moje toda el área.

Excelente atención de todo el personal César de recepción muy amable y servicial el personal del desayuno muy atento. Lo único negativo el baño que se mojaba y informe a la señorita de recepción del turno pero parece que eso ya estaba así. El desayuno debería ser un poco variado. Lo demás bien.

Muy buena atención desde que llegue, el personal estaba al tanto en el caso se necesitara algo. Mi reservacion incluyo " desayuno" muy pocas opciones algo muy sencillo pero existen opciones x fuera. La limpieza en mi habitacion muy buena la ubicacion es estrategica para llegar a gran parte de Bogota ...si regreso a Bogota sera otra vez mi opcion de estancia ..

This property outside of a few staff members couldn’t care less about its guests. The WiFi is dialup speed, the walls are thin enough to hear someone yawn among every other sound and the management is simply rude. I’ve had power outages last 8 hours without an explanation or apology, I’ve been Locked out of the property by a sleeping receptionist and yet the final straw was being charged an extra person fee for a 6 year old son that amounted to nearly half the room cost. After patronising this business for years, I’m moving on. There are much better options in the neighbourhood. Even on the same street.

Staff aside from Flor and the cleaning crew mostly indifferent. Wi-Fi is basically non usable outside of pockets in the lobby

I’ve stayed here many times, and was shocked they demanded a 25$ extra person fee for a 6 year old child. I’ve stayed here a dozen times through countless underwhelming receptionists, but I was informed nothing can be done. Won’t be staying here again unfortunately.

The staffs is very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Everything is kept clean . Breakfast included and you can ask for extra stuff and they will prepare for you.

Bare bones hotel. No full length mirror, poor lighting, toilet was a bit smelly. Thin walls and doors. Sheets were clean, and towels were actually good (which is rare in Colombia). The staff is AMAZING. Cafe was great. We came in and out at all hours with no issue but security was good.
