The hotel is comfortable and clean but far from the center so there are not many restaurants or hotels nearby. The price does not include breakfast, you have to ask when checking in and pay an additional 150k/person. The quality of the breakfast does not match the price.

The security guard behaved very uncultured. I don't think hotel staff behave like that. The toilet smells like a sewer. With this experience I will never come back here again

The hotel lobby and elevator are a bit old but the rooms are large, clean, and the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast is varied and the breakfast space has a beautiful view.

Ở Huế rất nhỏ nên vị trí khách sạn là ưu điểm vì gần các điểm tham quan đi bộ 7-10p Tuy nhiên nhân viên thiếu sự nhiệt quyết, mỗi lần khách hỏi gì thì họ suy nghĩ rất lâu mới hỗ trợ Khách sạn 4* mà room service không pv buổi tối, mình mượn 1 cái bát ăn bún mà đi bộ tận đầu cổng và tự hỏi bảo vệ >> FO rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Tuy nhiên Huế là vùng đất thiêng, mình cũng có giấc ngủ ngon vì ở 1 mình nên sẽ cộng điểm này. Cảm ơn bộ phận khách sạn hỗ trợ, hi vọng lần tới quay lại thì được tốt hơn 😊

Nice big hotel, right near the national school can walk out. If at the weekend evening, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, there will be a pedestrian street. Clean spacious room. The hotel needs to fix the uncontrollable air conditioner in a room on the 7th floor.

4 Star-hotel with good price. But because of cheap price, the interior is quite old, the pool seems not clean. In general it 's good enough for economy trips.
