Property is beautiful and well maintained. The view from th top floor is spectacular! Staff was helpful and professional.

was lovely except the sink in our room wouldn't drain. We got in late & had to leave early so we didn't take time to report it when we were there.

Check in was more difficult than usual Rooms weren’t quite ready when we arrived at check in time Also, it was disturbing when we checked out that in front of the hotel someone with a serious mask on was spraying either herbicide or insecticide with people standing around the entrance

This is a beautiful hotel and my room is perfect. Bed is incredibly comfortable.

Yhe hotel was nice. The room was a little small in relation to the price. There it was no pool. Breakfast was very goid and so was the staff

Have stayed here numerous times prior to flights at the nearby Albuquerque airport. While it has convenient access to Interstate 25 all of the rooms are very quiet and there is no sense at all that you are in the heart of the city. Rooftop bar and restaurant is just great with views of downtown.

This is an historic building that was once a hospital and a school. The rooms are modern and clean, with good hot water pressure and comfy beds. The staff are all super nice and go out of their way to help you. The hotel is very convenient to the airport (only 4 miles away) and is a great place to stay for a night before you fly back home, or (in our case) one night before we left Albuquerque to drive to other areas of NM. It is walkable to the downtown area (but not to Old Town). However, the free shuttle service will drive you to Old Town when you contact the front desk to request a ride. The only catch is that you need to return by 6:00 if you want a free shuttle ride back to the hotel. The free shuttle back and forth to the airport is also great. The roof deck is beautiful and has spectacular views. The free breakfast has hot and cold items like mini omelettes, hard boiled eggs, baked goods, fruits, yogurt, bagels, tea and coffee, etc. There is free coffee in the lobby but nothing for tea drinkers. Since my husband and I don't drink coffee, we would have liked to see hot water and tea bags also available. This is a small thing and overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

The property was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only suggestion I have is to improve the breakfast. It was subpar. Overall I would stay here again.

Positives: Lovely indoor and outdoor seating areas, great roof top bar, clean inside and out, free breakfast and hot tub, didn’t get to use either but glad they’re available. Negatives: Loud being on a busy road, dated worn furnishings, staff members could use a little more training on professional efficiency.

Very charming hotel ,but our room overlooked a noisy intersection and the traffic never stopped all night.

We stayed here to be close to the Lovelace Heart Institute where my husband was having surgery. It turned out to be a lovely place to stay. The property has an interesting history and one of the best features is the rooftop bar!

The room was good, however there was no microwave in the room. This wouldn't have been a big deal, except there are no microwaves in the breakfast room either. Also, the gym was incredibly small; there was one small set of free weights and one machine that was out of order, making it fairly useless.
