Had a comfortable, relaxing stay. Great for a quick getaway!

Impressed with the room and hotel

Staff was nice and professional. The only thing I did not like is that advertising said cribs available, when I asked for one, there were none. Breakfast was delicious and staff were helpful.

My stay was short but sweet! Che k in was easy and the staff was very pleasant. I slept like a rock, thank you for the quiet and comfort!

The room and the bathroom were not clean well it was have dust and black spots on the bathtub

Staff was very friendly. Great service. We were out next to the weight room for an 11night stay. Did not appreciate getting woke up at 5am listening to someone working out.

we woke up at 8am on a Saturday due to loud construction noise in the courtyard. turns out that the property is undergoing renovations but this was not communicated on hotels.com

We enjoy staying at Staybridge suites for the kitchenette and pet policy. The breakfast is ok but we don’t mind since it’s included. The only issue this time was that our room was next to the gym which is open 24/7, and a family decided to work out after midnight. And the child was running around yelling. We could hear them as if they were in the same room. I’ll make sure to ask not to be booked near that again. They are remodeling so hopefully next year when we make our trip again we will stay here and it’ll be updated. all in all this hotel is good.

They were going through renovations so it was little noisy. And lots materials around. The breakfast was good.

As indicated above, the staff was friendly knowledgeable, and this has been my fourth time here with my family, and we intend to stay in the future again.

People in room next to us were loud all night and into the morning. We complained to the front desk but nothing was done. Dogs are allowed on property too which isn’t for everyone

This is not my first time visiting but unfortunately will be my last. I’ve never experienced the way it was this weekend. The rooms were in the most unkept repair. Furniture tore and stained. Bed the most uncomfortable sleep. Smelled and looked unkept. Staff were beyond rude, never welcomed or even given much recognition even during conversation. This was my favorite hotel get away spot before this weekend. Again my 4th or 5th stay but most definitely my last, not worth a penny spent.

Needs serious updating.
