We enjoyed our stay at Poggio all' Agnello resort! The reception agents were very helpful

Great apartments with everything you need if you are staying a while (restaurant, ATM, parking, air, kitchen, pools and laundry). Only bummer is that WIFI only works in common areas, not in rooms.

Very clean and new property, daily maintained. Wi fi signal was all around the outside areas, not in rooms, which is very good idea!

No wifi in the room. Air conditioning was difficult to set properly.

The hotel is called a BEACH hotel but it is at least 5 km from the beach. That is false advertizing. The bedding and furniture smelled of mildew (mold). The restaurant was 'out' of many things, only croissants and coffee for breakfast.

The Staff was EXCELLENT. Leonardo went out of his way to help us in any way he could. The entire reception staff was SUPER in helping us in so many ways, especially when I needed a medical Doctor. They called, made an appointment for me and explained my health problem, gave address directions and were truly concerned. Many, Many thanks. Our only disappointment was NO WIFI in our apartment, which meant we always had to go out to a common area.

We were as a family of 5 and stayed very comfortably.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold. Dejligt med aktiv ferie og masser af aktiviteter til børn også. Dog mangler der virkelig et "starter-kit" til opvasken. Opvaskemaskinen manglede både salt og afspændingsmiddel og der var hverken "tabs" eller sæbe og svamp til opvask i hånden. Ærgerligt man skal ud at købe alt det ind, selvom man kun skal være der nogle dage.

Ottimo ambiente, personale gentile e cortese. Se posso dare un consiglio, nell'appartamento avrei preferito un po' più di illuminazione, magari lampade più potenti gestite da un variatore per regolare la luminosità in base alle necessità.

Vi havde nogle gode og aktive dage i de dejlige omgivelser.

The Gym Hall and his equipement was very old and not in order. The garden was very beautiful and also the accomodation.

Esperienza eccezionale, struttura ben organizzata, ottimi i servizi, ben collegata. Consigliatissima.
