Very nice property that we enjoyed thoroughly

Our stay at the Atlantic was for a family Wedding.The service was excellent and the staff very attentive during the celebrations…….as far as our stay with you we found the Bed rather uncomfortable for our liking and surprised to discover there were no U.S.B.ports in the room to charge phones etc.The last night my Sister ,found her room key didn’t work, and after four attempts by the night Porter it wasn’t resolved, leaving her unable to return to her room if she wished to leave, fortunately she was next door too ourselves to call on.she suffers from Anxiety and this episode made her rather uncomfortable,but more surprisingly the only comment made from the Receptionist on check out, was it had been noted and it was an unfortunate affair and these things happen,no offer of a refund in compensation for her inconvenience.

The staff is very proffesional and friendly. Just across the street of Kiel's train station. It has all the requirements of a good hotel even though it is not a luxurious one. Good value for your money. I would always go back.

Great overnight stay in Kiel. Large comfortable room. Walking distance to the old city where we had a choice of eating places. The restaurant in the hotel isn’t open on a Monday Breakfast was excellent

Very nice location Quiet (if you do not have a room with view to the central station)

This hotel is situated at the Kiel waterfront (near ferry port) and opposite to the Main Train station. It is fully renovated with spacious rooms and a lot of daylight owing to large windows. Breakfast is a bit problematic as you have to queue for the table…

My wife and I stayed in the Atlantic Hotel Kiel for 3 nights in July 2023 whilst visiting friends in Kiel. The hotel is quite new, I think. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever seen.

poor value for money Poor and inadequate service

Atlantic is right opposite kiel hbf, with a shopping mall next to it. Staff are super friendly. Room was big and spacious. We were here to visit family so it was an excellent choice for us. Highly recommended.

The rooms are extremely quiet with very comfortable beds. My room was next to the lift but I never heard anything from the hallway. Online check-in ahead of time meant that I just spent literally seconds to check in on arrival. The cocktail bar on the top floor is not to be missed with very special creations. I loved the breakfasts with plenty of both hot and cold selections and a different vitamin smoothie "shot" each morning. Location couldn't have been more perfect - directly across from the train station and the coach stop from Hamburg airport. There is also truly extensive indoor shopping 1 block away with the pedestrian zone about 5 minutes walk. Overall I couldn't have been happier with my choice and I will stay there again next time I am in Kiel.

We stayed at the Atlantic Hotel for a week. The staff was super friendly and professional. The hotel is very child friendly. Our daughter really enjoyed the "children's play corner" in the breakfast area. The breakfast buffet was also great. We'd definitely come back!

Great hotel; found parking a bit expensive especially as captive audience! Good quite central location- easy access by car.

Great hotel in a perfect location

We stayed for a night in this hotel. It was a very cold and windy day. When we got to the room it was freezing cold. Then they came and tried to fix it. After a few hours no difference. They came back and said they could not do anymore and other rooms are also cold. We were paying a lot for a suit and did not expect this from a 4 star hotel. Also check out time was 11am which was another problem.

The front desk staff could be friendlier, you had to greet them.. not okay for a high end hotel ! Service was just okay in the breakfast Saal, and roof top bar was just so-so. I expected more for €1,800!

I liked the location at the hearth of the city and the proximity to the water. The rooms are very comfortable.
