Done of check out then the staff following me I was seating at car he said can't leave I saw the already I checked out and I took my deposit back !! He said have some black mark on tv table !! And he said I broke coffee cup !! But for sure that I not did anything on that table and I'm not drinking coffee at all !! Bad staff and I'm not gonna back to stay in miracle suite again even I'm traveling 8 times to Thailand every year but this hotel will not be my choice anymore !!

Late night staff, bad service, bad talk

The front desk's reception is very poor. We stayed as a family on 27 July 2018. Check in the evening. Some employees are not polite. Do not pay attention to the customer despite having to confirm in advance and inform the reservation number. But in the room, cleanliness, facilities and breakfast are very good.

Studio room, condition of the building is quite old. The cleanliness of the room is moderate. Overall, unlike in the picture

The room is smelly. Air Noisy In-room telephone is unavailable. Bathroom is not clean

Lot of mosquito, slow internet.
