Close to subway. Lots of inexpensive eats nearby. Have to take subway to get to attractions.

The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfy. However, the ac and wifi didn’t work within the room. You could also hear everything between the walls (in my case, the man snoring next door), so bring ear plugs. The hotel notes that the reception is open until 12 midnight, but I arrived at 11:55pm on my check in date and no one was around. The next night, no one was around at 9pm. I confirmed with them that someone would be there beforehand, and messaged when I was on my way, but no one answered/ was present. Great location on the tram and U-bahn lines.

Business trip great location nice hotel. Down side no restaurant but plenty off choices a short walk away l. Staff were very helpful rooms were very clean and a decent enough size, parking under hotel off road was handy.

Good hotel

Very close to my needs in Wien.

Very difficult check in, as I had no wifi or data to contact for the code (no evening recption) would have been good to send code with confirmation. Had to walk two blocks to a pizza shop to have them call and try and explain we needed the code. They told us to go back to hotel and call from there, again I had to explain my Canadian cell cannot call in Europe. Upon entry to our room, there was but 1 pillow and 1 twin blanket for 2 twin beds. When we messaged (using the hotel wifi) to complain they asked if we could share? 2 people 1 pillow and blanket??? Ultimately we were directed to a key for another room where we were able to grab another pillow and blanket. All od this made for a rather frustrating experience. Rooms were basic and dated, but I will say very clean.

Everything was clean and tidy. Receptionist was nice and helpful.

There was no anyone on reception, they promised to be in 1 min, but nobody came. When we re-call again in 20 mins - they wanted my credit card information first and then did not pick uo phone. No refund! Be careful, it look like scam!

Everything was good except the wifi. They had an engineer come and claim it was okay. But that was only on the ground floor. I was on the third floor and could not get any internet access.

A comfortable room in light industrial safe area close to subway and even though some distance from centre of Viena it was easy travel with vienne transit pass

The hotel has a hostel feel to it. Our room was basic but functional. The dinning room is good and they serve a very good breakfast

PROS: Low price Good location, more or less half way between the airport and the city centre. The metro station was very close (~5 min walking). Secure parking. Well organised check-in, key collection and drop off at night time. Reasonably clean. CONS Poor air conditioning, even if objectively it was probably the hottest night of the year.

Decent hotel, industrial area

The hotel was great. The room sizes were great. They did have wifi but it wasn't very strong. Knowing the hotel was located outside of the city. It was still close to bars/ shopping and also by the subway stations. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: friendly, quaint, very clean, quiet. Cons: no private shower, weak air conditioning, very limited registration hours.

Check-in is VERY limited in Time. Forget it outside daytime week days.Ask for wake-up call for early flight.......never came .room was OK. 5min. Walk from Subway, but far out of Town. Wi-fi.

Booked 2 non-cancellable rooms from Hotel Hahn via hotels.com. Day before my stay I was woken up by a call from hotel that my creed card does not work and I must supply another card or card from my friend, otherwise they cancel the rooms. We verified that the card number was correct. I told that the card worked, it worked also during the booking and asked to hold my reservation. There was an e-mail also saying that if I don't supply another card number by mid-day ( I read that at 11:00 ) they cancel my reservations. Another disturbing phone call from hotel at 14:00 on same topic, but with added pressure and insults: "we don't believe you, let's see tomorrow if you come". On arrival, they said that they have full hotel ( that is true, all hotels in Vienna were full ). My rooms had been kept to me. Needed to pay extra breakfast, 12€ and parking 10€. I can only conclude that Hotel Hahn tried to change customers to get more money from the double rooms that they had reserved for me and my friend ( I reserved 2 singles ). My card still works well - now is 2 days staying in Hotel Hahn. I can only suspect greed. I will avoid this hotel in the future.
