I've been staying at this hotel for many years. As a guest a simply breakfast is free, and staff is very helpful. It's nestled in a regular neighborhood not far from the Metro. I find the price is reasonable and I love living among the locals.

The property was clean and the staff were very helpful and professional.

There was no control for the AC the TV was not working I woke up in the morning there was a cockroach. The place is outdated. I want to recommend anybody to stay there.

Centrally located bustling location. Basic breakfast eggs, arepa, cheese, fruit & hot beverage/juice. Close to transportation and restaurants. No welcome info in room. Have to ask for everything, wifi code, safe instructions, kitchen supplies etc. Staff pleasant and very attentive.

Excesivo sonido exterior, a la hora de dormir. Deberian tener un mejor sellado de ventanas.

I Constantly stay at this hotel. The staff makes me feel very welcomed, they are very attentive and most important,I know that I can trust them. Location is very nice, very central, a short distance from anywhere by taxi, and if you are like me, I take the Metro which is just a five minute walk away. I highly recommend it.

Very good location and clean rooms with staff cleaning daily. Gym needs some work. Open terrace with great views of the city.

Hotel needs revamping. The internet was unusable on all channels. If you need it, avoid thid place. Staff is ok, breakfast ok. Room key was one of those ancient perforated plastic cards that broke in the lock. The receptionist tried to make me pay for it! Location is not bad, in safe area but a couple of nearby resto-bars play very loud, competing music until 3 am. Overall it’s overrated on this site.

We arrived after traveling 23 hours. We were very tired and just wanted to sleep. Our room was not ready. They tried to put us in a much smaller room even though we paid for a suite with a kitchen. It was after 3:30 pm when we arrived but we had to wait more than an hour before we finally got the correct room. There was nothing in the kitchen to prepare food with or to eat off off. There were no glasses, plates, silverware, or pans. Nothing. It was very noisy and the whole room shook through the night. There is a gym nearby where someone begins shouting and counting each morning before dawn for hours so we could not get a good sleep. The breakfast area has no windows and is very dismal. While there are nice views, this is not a hotel I would recommend. When it was time to leave, the taxi I requested through the front desk arrived 15 minutes early which was very stressful.

Everything was perfect and accommodating.

Location was great. Not quite Laureles but close enough. The area is comfortable and walkable. Carrera 80 is right there with restaurants and stores. Excellent ‘avocado’ restaurant connected to hotel. Nice rain shower with hot water.

Check in was great! Rooms are spacious. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Location is outstanding! Best of all: rain shower with abundant hot water! Shout out to Santiago. He’s an asset to the staff: super friendly and helpful!! Night staff was great too but I don’t remember his name.

Elegant, cozy, friendlt staff, comfy..love it and will always return there!!
