It was nice could have been cleaner and drains in the shower needs maintenance.

I’ve enjoyed my stay/ vacation it had a lot of room in there and this is a place I’ll stay again not to far from the fun & excitement and Lyft was only 4 $ a day

I love staying Tradewinds apartment hotel every time I come to Miami I’m always there so nice a the hotel worker at the desk is really nice and helpful

The property was beautiful. Short stroll to the beach and strip for dining.

Loved our time here. The apaywas around a 15 minute walk to the main shopping and around 5 minutes to the beach. Pool was great and loved the self catering option

The need repair pool and have food , drink service and bathroom there Rooms good and costumer service excellent 😊

Very convenient location with spacious apartment and a nice pool but the condition of the unit left a lot to be desired. Sheets on the bed were not thoroughly cleaned, the plumbing needed repair, and a seemingly minor detail like batteries for the TV remote was not addressed and we had to call the office.

The worst place to stay , the front desk people are the worst . STAY AWAY !!!!

Overall everything was fine but the tv didnt work no cable connection on the tv in the bed room i called about the problem no one came to fix it other than that everything was good

Wifi does not work properly. I saw a cockroach scurrying across the floor and going under the couch, and I did not even use the kitchen or have food in there. The bed had rips on the side panel, the front desk was too small, situated in a bad spot, and not properly staffed. I encountered unhappy, frustrated people piling up and trying to check in. Location is great, but pay more and stay in a better place. No clue what they are charging a resort fee for, nothing resort about this place. It's run down and needs a major rehaul from top to bottom.

While we were here , our room was broken into and luggage was stolen on our first day. We could not even enjoy our vacation. We received a new room to which the toilet was broken and the room was not satisfactory in cleanliness. I would never book here again. Thankfully my vacation was only for 2 days. If it had been anymore, I would have checked out and found another hotel.

Quiet n relaxing

Great walking distance to stores and right across from the beach!

I like this hotel because of its location — it’s within walking distance to the beach and various other places. It offers a full kitchen, a bedroom with a bed, and a sofa bed. The space is spacious and comfortable, giving the feeling of having rented a complete apartment. If I had to mention a drawback, it would be that the rooms could benefit from some renovation and a bit more attention to deep cleaning. However, I’ve been staying at this property for about 12 consecutive years, and I truly appreciate its prices, location, and overall facilities.

I used to live in Miami, and never knew about this place. I took a vacation back and found this place on Expedia, MAN, I struck the jackpot. The quietness was enough for me. One night I stayed in and got a solid 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep. This definitely is my new spot when I come back to South Beach!

This is nice property overall ,but it’s loud, dirty and mismanaged. My mom fell on the property and broke her arm in two places and her foot. They took no blame The front desk people acted like robots and had no idea how to help. The people above us were so loud that it shook our room, we complained 4-5 times and no one did anything about it. They finally checked out. We were there on business and needed the quiet they advertise for. I would not ever stay there again let alone take a family.. the rooms itself are dirty, we found items from the people staying there before us, the floors were horrible, the bathtub had stains in it. Overall do not stay here !

The property grounds was nice. The apartment was not so nice. Nice space but when you walk in, it smelled of mildew even more so when you turned on the air conditioning. Sometimes there was hot water and other times not. When there was hot water it was scalding and there was no way to change it without it turning ice cold. I came down to Miami for the first time to do makeup for fashion swim week and after 8 hrs in a sweltering room and being exhausted, all I wanted to do was take a nice shower but not that night. It was frustrating. Staff was good. The upside of my trip was that the apartments were in a good location. Very close to the venues I had to work in. Very accessible, however parking can be a bit confusing. My husband has handicapped license plate, so that saved us from a lot of parking issues and charges. You will pay for parking everywhere. Uber if you can. We were in apartment. Hopefully they can resolve these issues.

I have stayed here before and would stay again the price is what attacks me and the location . I will be back
