Great staff. Convenient. Unfortunately we got a 2 queen suite. Came with a couch and it has a note that the fold out couch is "Not to be used or you will be charged". Very wierd. The shampoo and conditoiner in the bathroom had been used. The hand towels also had black marks on them and were used. Dissapointed about a few items, but have stayed in worse.

The front desk service was good. Polite and friendly. The hotel looks outdated. The room looked ok. Used the shower and noticed the tub does not drain. It took over 30 mins to completely drain.

Everything was fine until breakfast. What a mess. Garbage overflowing, no eggs, no nothing. Worker was lost. Front desk person came over, brought out coffee but still no cups. He went back to front desk on his cell phone with no one to help. No plates, no silverware, no cups no food. Had to go eat at mcdonalds 40 minutes away, should get reimbursed.

After driving nine hours, to what I thought was a prepaid room, I was asked to provide payment. I showed the clerk my receipt with the date that it was fully paid, and I was not allowed to check in without charging my card again. I was told to contact my bank to reverse any charges. There was no other manager around and the clerk told me I had no options but to pay again. I ended up getting the charge reverse by my bank. It was really disappointing to have it driven all that way and to have to deal with little to no support and getting into a room quickly. It was frustrating to have to deal with my bank separately to get refund refunded the double charge.

Very nice and close to what you would like to see, town is small so everything is close for you. The State Park is right next to the town.

We had a bit of a rough time at Stay USA. The night we checked in, we were given a room that had sheets that were VISIBLY dirty, so we went to the front desk to ask for fresh sheets or a new room. After we were given a new room, the key didn’t work in the sensor. We asked for new keys and those didn’t work either, so we were moved to yet another room. In the third room, the smoke alarm started going off while we were unpacking. The front desk clerk wasn’t sure where batteries were, so she took the whole thing off of the ceiling and said it would be fixed the following day, though it remained gone during our whole trip. Our sheets were never changed in the room, despite asking staff. When we checked out, we were told we could not be compensated for any of our stay, but we could talk to the manager when he was in later that day. On our drive home, we called on three separate occasions, to which the clerk stated the manager would be in sometime later. On our fourth call, we were told that said manager actually doesn’t exist, and the desk clear stated he would pass this info onto the owner and he would call back “if he saw fit.”

Breakfast was good but food ran out. More staff help is needed.

great location and quiet and safe

Check in was easy and fast. Beds are comfortable but not soft. It's a little noisy before dark and early in the morning due to traffic since the hotel is right off the main street. I got up a little late so there wasn't much of a selection for breakfast left. Other than that it was a good clean place to stay.

We stayed 2 nights unfortunately. The rooms were not clean, hair in the bathroom, carpet wasn't vacuumed well, and the sheets were paper thin. There were people outside by our window smoking and being loud. The second night we were sent to a room that hadn't been cleaned . The lady at the front desk was nice enough but obviously not organized. I would not recommend staying here.

Pool is permanently closed and is used for storage. They charge for late check out. Curtains were broken in room and towels had holes in them. Juice machine at the breakfast didn't work.

Old and tired. Dim light in bathroom. Lumpy pillows.

No breakfast ready, pool not open. Hair in both beds and not clean.

Check-in staff struggled to communicate verbally. Inconsistency in messaging was frustrating.

Great price. Great breakfast.
