Great stay lovely breakfast

We found our room very dark, digits read etc.Reception staff were always very helpful, professional and friendly.

Very comfortable hotel in a prime location near Central Train Station. Breakfasts were great, beds comfy, decor funky and fun. Staff very welcoming. Bathrooms updated with an excellent rainshower. Recommended!

Staff asked if a preference for room location, hot breakfast to order as well as cold buffet was excellent . Thank you we have a very pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed this property. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Close to rail station and really in the hub of things for restaurants and shopping.

We were warmly welcomed and tended to with so much care. The breakfast was generous (even as a vegan!). The workout room had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. It was just out of the city center so closet to everything, but much quieter.

Really beautiful room and great location. Bed was huge and so cosy and comfortable. Good spacious bathroom too. Light didn't work on mirror which was unfortunate but we had a great stay. Very friendly staff too and Mahou beer on tap!

Every person working at the hotel I spoke with was pleasant and very friendly. The breakfast was lovely, never had a Stotie before but that was delicious. The bed was comfy; the only complaint here would be that the pillows weren’t very comfortable. The shower was great, and the shower gel was amazing! There was a large damp mark on the ceiling of my room but other than that it was great. I will be back.

Clean, staff friendly, the breakfast was good you got to order from a menu of egg breakfast. I would recommend it

Very convenient for parking and restaurants in the area.

We stayed for one night as a family (2 adults, 2 kids). The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean - the shower in the room was great! However, the mattresses on both beds in our room were really bad, so we slept poorly. The breakfast was average - cooked food was to order (not buffet) but still arrived cold. Location is very convenient, parking just across the road with EV charging available. Would not stay again due to the poor mattresses!

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a friendly staff. Breakfast had a great selection to choose from.

Bed is very comfy and overall a nice hotel. The breakfast was a bit mediocre with my cooked full scottish a bit raw and the wifes fruit was hit and miss. Tea and coffee is self service using 2 machines but one was broken so quite a wait to get the morning brew. The staff were very friendly and helpful which greatly helped. I noticed used syringes stuck in the cracks of the footpath outside which would be very worrying if we had children with us...

Everyone was so helpful and cheerful. We got so many suggestion for sites to see and they were all walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is so beautiful.
