Arrived late our key was in a lock box at the office easy access great location close to beach and shops. We will be back thank you for a great stay

Rated as 3 star and it was. However we knew that and it met our expectations. Great location.

Great location close to the shopping centre and beach, with tram stop nearby.

The property was dated and incredibly noisy due to nearby construction. The bedroom did not have a spilt system or even a fan which meant having to sleep on the couch to stay cool most nights. In saying that, the property was very clean and the pool was nice.

Great location, close to everything by foot!

Really great area, you’re so close to the beach, shopping, grocery store, restaurants and bus stop. Location can’t be beat. Unfortunately in my unit the wifi was extremely spotty which was a big problem for me because it relied on it heavily. Also found roaches under the dishwasher but they did spray and exterminator came the next day. Overall a good experience.

Had a nice pool. Rooms didnt look like pictures really. Kitchen and bathroom in need of refurbishing. Construction behind and expensive for what it was. Good location

I recently stayed at this place and had a mixed experience. Firstly, the staff member was exceptionally nice and friendly, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, including a washer and dryer, which was a great convenience. However, there were a few downsides to my stay. The WiFi was quite bad, making it difficult to stay connected and get any work done. Additionally, the bed and mattress were sinking and not very comfortable, which affected my sleep quality. There was also significant construction noise throughout the day, which was quite loud and disruptive.

The rooms were spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect—close to both the beach and shopping. Highly recommend for great value and convenience!

If you have another property in mind to stay at then go there as I wish I did. The check in experience wasn't great and then I find the shower having hair on the ground as well as stuck in the tap. Was never told it was 2 level and the pictures they use of the renovated 2 bedroom apartment when in fact there is only 1 that has been renovated and considerably more expensive. The 1 we stayed in was old and definitely needs a update. Definitely needs to lose the word resort in the name.

Did not enjoy the construction site noise next door. Beyond apartment managers control of course but annoying.

Nice and comfortable apartment close to the ground unlike everything else around in that area. Close to shops and transport. We used a car and the free parking was great.

It was a great stay. Hopefully can start again
