Booked for visit during Rugby World Cup…basic but clean and quiet. Location was OK for our needs…

Staff went out of their way to assist both me and my wife. Close to the trams going into the city

Just an overnight for a nearby flight. But was enough.

The hotel staff were absolutely awesome and helped me out no end when sorting out taxi travel etc. The cleaning staff were non-invasive and very polite. The proximity to the local supermarket made everything very easy.

Staff were first class they helped me over and above with my lost luggage. Helped with taxis and we just fab. The place is a little dated but it's a 3 star and it was clean and comfortable

the room was basic, it smelled bad, we were woken up twice by knocking on the door (probably a prank), the dishes were dirty.

Great 2 night stay. Very helpful and friendly staff!

Great value

To start we arrived at the hotel and soon realised it was situated in the middle of nowhere but we're able to get the keys left in padlocked box as check in was closed.. (prearraged) unfortunately what was not made apparent was that the hotel was mostly residency and people were hanging around making the place feel edgy also it is under a flight major flight path with planes taking off and landing also the locking on the doors used a key fob system which is cool but.. There is no lock except the key fob to make you feel safe in the room. Unfortunately this made us very anxious and definitely will not be returning. Very much not 4star Hope this helps future bookers.

Calme, service, emplacement, confort de la literie de l'appartement qui était très très propre de l'accueil du petit-déjeuner tout était parfait l'emplacement avec ascenseur insonorisation parfaite allez-y

Me ha gustado la limpieza, el buen trato de la gente que te atiende, la habitación está bastante bien, por mejorar el colchón del sofá que no está muy bien y estaría bien tener un hervidor de agua y un tostador. Por lo demás la habitación es amplia y cumple con su objetivo.La ubicación es correcta, está a 4km del centro, puedes ir andando, aunque te lleva un buen rato. Tienes un hipermercado justo al lado.

Todo bien. Tiene todo lo que se nacesita para estar unos dias. Buena calefacción para los dias de frio
