Vegan food is outstanding!

Beatiful and the staff was amazing.

Food and service are outstanding. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Staff was extremely accommodating and arranged out transportation for airport to hotel and from hotel to our cruise port.

Would definitely stay again

Second time at Bidasoa It’s my new home while visiting Santiago. They look after every detail . Staff is always helpful . Breakfast and meals are superb Wish I can come back soon 💙

The property is not much to look at from the outside but inside it was absolutely gorgeous. Located in a safe part of Santiago 10 minute walk from high end shops, restaurants, and parks. Staff doe not understand the word no. If you ask for something they will see that it gets done.

I booked a stay with this hotel in January and got Covid two days before I was supposed to travel. I notified them that I was cancelling my trip because it was the responsible thing to do. I did book non-refundable rooms but I moved my stay to March 26 for the exact same number of days - and presented them with a letter from my doctor proving I was Covid - hoping that they would be compassionate and understanding (and appreciate the fact that I didn’t subject their guests and staff to potentially getting Covid). To my great surprise, they didn’t refund me nor were they willing to give me credit for the room for my return visit. Basically what they said was “if you buy non-refundable rooms at our hotel, come no matter what, even when you are Covid or you will forfeit your advanced payment.” Stunning. You’d think people would be a bit more understanding, given the circumstances.

Our experience was fabulous! We got caught in power outage and couldn’t get in until 4 am. The hotel ensured we had transportation from the airport in the chaos. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. The concierge went above and beyond on getting us dinner reservations at great restaurants. The breakfast was expansive with everything including personalized egg preparation. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were luxurious. The pool area was like a spa atmosphere. We just loved it all!!!

The hotel is not so impressive from the outside but very nice inside. The breakfast display is superb with the freshest fruits, delightful tarts/sweets, great coffee and the friendliest staff. Please add some shelves/cabinets in the bathroom, there is nothing to put "stuff" on. Otherwise, very nice.

Excellent boutique hotel in a very upscale and safe neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was large, well furnished and quiet. The included breakfast was good. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

What a beautiful delightful and tucked away property. The team took great care of us and the hotel is stunning. The care and design is detailed, this boutique hotel was what we hoped for and more. To have it be Eco-Friendly and for that to be a feature was key. They share their practices and their eco practices are very real and make a real difference. Delighted to stay. Will stay again.

We stayed one night. Room was very spacious, with lots of storage options, multiple USB ports for all the electronics, huge walk in shower, nice big bath towels. No was cloths available & also no tissue. Check in/out very quick. Good breakfast included. Quiet area, with some shops nearby .

Chic and artsy, Hotel Bidasoa is enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice window box for lounging. Breakfast was great and the food at Casa Sanz (the resturant next door) is creative and delicious. Where the hotel falls short is in the room amenities. It only offers the basic towels and soap and the room is impacted a bit by noise. Staff are polite but not necessarily the friendliest. Overall a nice stay.

Unfortunately, the hotel is drastically decreasing its quality. Rest is becoming difficult, noises from the other rooms are intense, probably due to the wooden floor or the lack of isolation, you can hear children running above, voices and screams from the sides of rooms, it's difficult to rest. Its focus seems to be becoming more family-oriented and that makes it complex for those of us who work remotely. Of course, it is still very nice and well decorated, and the front desk staff is always lovely, but the kitchen, at least the breakfast is disappointing, with oily fried eggs.
