Great to be a 5 minute walk to airport. Staff lovely. No air conditioning in first room, got moved to my a different room.

Nothing unique. Room old and dreary. Toilet did not flush properly. City tax very high 40 euro each almost equaled cost of room.

This was an old Sheraton hotel that needed to be demolished but its now used by this hotel. Its just better than sleeping in the airport.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Convinient ONLY because the hotel is 2 min walking distance from the airport. Rooms are old/smell of sigarette smoking was in the room . Price wise it is also high for the service

An old Sheraton that has seen better days. Only one lift working and AC far more efficient on ground floor than in. bedroom. An upcharge for a kingsized bed should mean more than 2 wimpy pillows. Restaurant was dark and overpriced, but the food was decent and the waiter on top of things.

Very convenient to get to the airport and comfortable.

Close to airport is main plus very few other options. Very dated in need of modernisation ++. WiFi not working, flooring in room loose, cupboard door hanging off dusty floor. Staff pleasant

The bed was extremely poor quality. Hard and uncomfortable.

All good with the property and only a short walk from the terminal building. Good breakfast buffet although the variety of foods could be improved.

The lady who told me that check-in wasn’t until three was harsh but everyone else I interacted with was very polite. The room was sufficient but definitely aged.

Positive- excellent distance to airport; excellent food at restaurant Negative- refrigerator in room did not work; ants in room; no snack bar/vending machines as claimed in expedia; toilets constantly “ran”; run down condition.

Bed was too hard for me but would be good for some and the pillows were too soft. Room only set up for one person one cup and one water and one lit of pillows etc so needed to get more.

The bartender/ server in the restaurant was very helpful, given that we were close to the time lunch was no longer being served. He also brought us a light snack in the evening when we went to the bar for a drink.

Good value near the Genoa Airport. Convenient for that 6am departure! I arrived early (10am) as I had just disembarked from a cruise. I didn't expect to be given early checkin but as I told the front desk I wasn't feeling well and would be in the lobby awaiting the room. They didn't give me a room until 3p (which was the proper time). Not complaining but the hotel was clearly not fully booked and since I was not feeling well it would have been nice to get into the room sooner other than waiting 5 hours. Nonetheless, restraunt opened at 12noon and I enjoyed a lovely lunch.

We face trouble to park our car due to the buses occupying the main entrance, very inconvenient. The hotel is very old
