Extremely hard beds and A/C that didn’t coolthe room below 25.5 C made for a very uncomfortable night. We finally were able to fall asleep around 4am.

I love the zone

It is a good place specially if you are travelling through the city and not staying for long. It is located outside the city center, and it’s rather inconvenient if you don’t have a car or can’t get a taxi. The hotel is modern, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The internet is fast, and their breakfast is good. The rooms are small, but I would recommend them for sure.

It's the worst hotel I have ever been to, it's more a cheap hostel for truck drivers. Full of cops during the night, feel very unsafe, the shower has no door, and it's in the entrance of the room. and EXPEDIA didn't care about my claims, they told me that if I wanted to leave the hotel and request a reimbursement, I would need to leave the hotel. I did it but then they told me they couldn't reimburse me without further explanation.

Easy to check in, clean. Simple and quiet room.

Good place to stay for celebration of San Fermin

Was one of the cheaper options for San Fermin. Bare bones. It was manageable for the three of us. A mini fridge would have been nice. Staff was great.

The staff is fantastic and decisive. We checked-in late at night with no problem. They have a bar 24 hs and also a buffet breakfast for 10 euros (we couldn’t use it, but it’s sounds good). El personal es fantástico y resolutivo. Ingresamos tarde, a la noche, sin problema. Tienen un bar 24 hs. y también un servicio de desayuno por 10 euros (no pudimos usarlo pero suena bueno).

Staff were polite and chatty. Excellent location if you are driving and need a place wasy to reach outside city center. Rooms are basic - this not a luxury hotel but cleanliness was excellent. Exactly what I needed. Dining and brrakfast was excellent better than more expensove hotels. I would recommend.
