Hotel is good but the room smelled badly of cigarettes. AC control not very responsive.

Now stayed there twice and just as good both times. It is the best hotel I have found in Nanchang, having stayed in some poor ones booked locally for me, and can fully recommend to visitors to the area. It is closely located to good restaurants and the hotel staff are helpful in all matters. Although not booked in the top rooms, we could use the lounge facilities at a moderate price. Breakfast is good but give the coffee shop a miss on other meals.

Having stayed in several locally arranged hotels in Nanchang this was the first one booked individually through Hotels.com, and was the best by far. Hotel quality is good including clean rooms and a comfortable bed. We were invited to use the Crowne Plaza Lounge at a minimal price for evening drinks and food. This was good as the a la carte menu in the coffee shop is below par. The buffet might be better and is reasonably priced at CNY175 but not tried as did not need so much food. Also there are good eating places relatively close by. Hotel staff were very helpful and made the stay a pleasure

Very nice rooms. Wonderful breakfast buffet, not included with our booking but reasonably priced. Always ate very big breakfast so we needed only a very light lunch, i.e. the cost of the breakfast more than paid for itself in lunch savings. We always ate dinner at one of the small local shops on the street next to the hotel. The 5 of us ate for a LOT less than 1 person would pay in the USA. If you plan to swim in the pool, make sure to bring a swim cap. EVERYONE has to wear one. You can buy them at the hotel but we skipped the pool the first day and bought caps for less than half the cost at a local shop. The caps were not really expensive at the hotel but we are adopting so every little bit of saving helps.

Smooth check-in, nice staff, nice and clean room and the bed is amazing.

In a new part of Nanchang, very modern Crowne Plaza. Pros were facilities but a number of negatives including access to taxis.

Very good hotel.. the operators can't speak English too well though.

This was a very nice hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights, and the staff there were very helpful. The rooms were a good size, with a decent sized bed, and bathroom. The television didn't have perhaps the widest variety of television channels, but other than that I had no real complaints. It will become my "go top hotel" in Nanchang, when I visit.
