Nice hotel

The room was decent and the beds reasonably comfortable. The shower curtain rod was an arched rod - but it was installed sloping downward so the curtain wouldn’t stay in place. We selected the room we did because it had a signed for an additional guest. The so called mattress on the sofa bed was all springs and no mattress or cushioning. I requested a rollaway bed to use instead, which they provided. But then the staff struggled and struggled to put the bed back into the sofa. Time to replace that bed. And each day when someone came into our room to empty the garbages and change out the towels, they left 2-3 lights on. Breakfast was good, not great, but good. Prices were inflated for a state tournament over the weekend. So waayyy too expensive for the quality of the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast not as good as other BW hotels we have stayed at. Had problems with shower as the water temp was rather cool. This happened one of our 2 nights stay.

While the hotel was clean, the towels were very old, so thin . No ubs plugs anywhere in the room. Things have been remodeled but other things left as old, door handle loose and hanging. Bathroom counter apron had a big crack in it. Nice people, just needs some attention.

The room was spacious and overall very nice. The mini fridge didn't seem to get very cold and the pull out sofa bed was broken and slanted very sharply toward the couch. You also couldn't put it back into the couch to get it out of the way. The TV in the bedroom area would not change channels and the TV in the sitting area was very difficult to change channels. Other than that we enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast was decent. All the employees we came across were very friendly. Parking was easy and plentiful.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Coin Laundry, however no quarter machines. Otherwise wonderful stay.

Freezing cold when we got in the room and long time to get it comfortable

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was messy when I arrived—beds unmade, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. The TV didn’t work, and the remote was broken. If I weren’t only staying for one night, I would have checked out immediately. The breakfast was honestly scary—nothing looked fresh, and both the juice machine and coffee maker were out of order. Overall, it felt neglected and unhygienic. I would not stay here again.

Can't beat this place for the money. It's clean and quiet and the service is always great.

Staff was very responsive.

I booked a king suit with a king size pull out couch and king bed. King bed great no couch and my teenage daughter had to sleep on small cot because there was no pull out couch like advertised in line. Plus only 1 tv remote for 2 tvs. Had to have someone come connect main tv and replace the 1 remote because it would not stay together and get a 2nd remote for 2nd tv. Not much of choice for breakfast and only thing hot was when you mad a waffle

Stayed for 1 night while in the area on business. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was so-so. The bed was comfortable. Nice soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, towels appeared to have been in use for many years. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and in very good condition. For the modest price I paid, it was a very good value.

Motel was clean and employees were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback this particular time was the ice and snow in the parking lot and drop-off area, which hadn't been clean up very well from the night before. Not bad, just an inconvenience.

Staff was friendly, however, our pull out couch did not have any bedding available. When we called down to request sheets, we were brought a top sheet only. We made due with it but that was a little frustrating. Pool was actually warm which was a nice surprise, especially with young children.

Delay in check in as no staff present

Lots of noise from the highway and other rooms. Unnecessarily complicated wifi but we got it to work. Glad we didn't pay as much as the other reservations in our group.

Property and staff are always kind and generally helpful. Have stayed here for many years, however, this time, cleaning was left undone outside the rooms, TV remotes didn't work and elevator smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being illegal to smoke in buildings. Resolution of these issues was sporadic and the remotes never got fixed, they seemed to be missing people and worker shortages may be the ultimate cause of some of these issues. Will likely try again before switching to another place.
