We arrived here after having booked and prepaid through Hotels.com. Our reservation was NOT honored, and we were told they did not have a room for us. After some prodding, they admitted that they had a problem with their reservation system and offered us a stay at a nearby hotel. Upon arriving at the new hotel, we discovered it was actually a motel that was of much worse quality than our originally booked room. To make matters worse, we were placed in a room that was clearly not ready for customers - beds with no covers, the plastic still on the mattress, fresh paint in the air (I woke up with a blocked nose and headache). This was by far the worst experience I have had booking a hotel online anywhere.
