Very nice place for those visiting Lisbon at a short period of time. Very accessible to the Metro system.

Overall a good place to stay

Comfy and convenient

I highly recommend this hotel. It is my third time here. The location is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is amazing. Most of all, one of the staff members, Marcos Freitas is wonderful, very caring and polite. I was impressed with his service and dedication to all guests. He has a very pleasant personality and creates immediate good rapport with everyone. Thank you for making our stay here so nice, Marcos! We will certainly return.

The hotel is close to the underground, and it has a taxi stop at the door. It is near shops and in a nice area. The restaurant and common facilities were very clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and it had a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately my room (801)was not good and below standard. As I entered for first time it had and awful smell. I had to stay with the window opened for the whole stay and the bathroom door closed because I discovered that the shower tray has not been fitted properly and the smell of raw sewage filters through the plug hole. I also was sharing the bathroom with two cockroaches and the room with few mosquitoes, which spoiled a good night sleep. The reception had no mosquitoes spray and due to the dark furniture it was difficult to spot them. So I won’t come back there sorry!

Staff very nice, courteous and attentive. Room storage for guests luggages free before check in and even after check out gives you peace of mind and comfort. A plus convenience for travelers to do sightseeing and dining

Convenient location especially from the airport. The area is close to many food places. Metro and buses were walkable to. Hotel was beautiful and clean. We had an early flight, therefore we didn’t opt in for breakfast. I would imagine it would have been a nice meal. The hotel looked very classy.

We came in a day early for a Trafalgar Tour. While the rooms for the tour were fine, the rooms we were booked into were not! Fingernail clippings on the floor, plastic mattress covers (hot and noisy) and AC inadequate. Should have figured it out when the check-in host said moving rooms would be inconvenient but we’d be appreciative to get a tour room!

Great area, very central, property was clean the rooms were quite small, not too modern, make sure you read the details before finalising your booking.

The suite was big and ckean

Very small rooms. No space to walk with two suitcases. Waterlog in the bathroom. Staff were nice though.

Could not believe that a hotel of this category does not have sound proof glass. We were disturbed by the noise of the traffic. Also the second day of our stay the cleaning staff changed the toiles and unfortunately they smelled of dumbness.

Reception - very welcoming and helpful, efficient staff. Room - for a double - was small. Hospitality tray - did not contain any milk and when one sachets of coffee [one ordinary and one decaf] were used, there was no replenishment. Shower - was over the bath type - no handrail or slip-mat. The plastic seal to the shower was unhygienically dirty and request to clean same did not result in much improvement.. Room service - was servedi n the bar which was good. Food was good but presentation poor. For a hotel that markets itself as up-market, there was too many flaws to deem itself as such

Staff were so very helpful with check-in and check-out. I love that my room had a terrace. Having that door open on a warm summer evening provided a very delicious breeze. Breakfast was very nice, except for coffee. I will definately be staying there again.

Room is very small. Not a lot of surface spaces to put our personal belongings. The air conditioning is not cooling. A bit strange that we can see through the bathroom from the bed’s side even tough there’s a hiding « screen ».

The window did not seem to seal properly so we were woken 2 nights in a row with banging and noise starting from maybe 7/8am going on until 11am we were unable to sleep properly at night also due to noise. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable also.
