Need’s elevators, big property, hard to carry suitcases up and down stairs.

El hotel está en muy buena ubicación el servicio está bien pero el aire acondicionado de mi habitación no funcionaba y las sábanas tenían un olor fuerte muy desagradable.

This is a great hotel to stay in your trip to Metepec and surrounding areas. Excellent location; the Hotel is new, very nice rooms, good beds and pillows. It’s located in a comercial plaza with a good restaurant; coffee shop, convenience store, and a beauty salon (excellent service for hairdos). I recommend this hotel for your short trip visits.

Great location and wonderful service. The food was delicious. Rooms were clean. Great holtel.

Staff very friendly, good breakfast.Thankful that I was able to get another room with better ventilation and light. Did not like that I got assigned to a dark room, humid odor in my first arrival.

Ok & clean hotel at affordable prices. I have stayed there several times before. They used to include a small coffee maker in the room. This time, they took it away and I missed it. For the rest, I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Metepec, Toluca or nearby.

Calm and silent location. Could have had better amenities but it's not a big deal.

Todo estuvo bien nada más una recomendación es que no pongan la música tan fuerte en los pasillos de los cuartos, se podía escuchar desde el cuarto. Todos los empleados fueron muy amables.

We only had problems with key not opening and heater not working, so they gave us 3 extra blankets, otherwise, it was just ok for 2 night.
