New and modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff with English communication. Had slight issue with English communication at the bar area. The drinks were not what we were use to in the way they made them. Good cleaning staff.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only negative was getting English on our TV in the room.

The breakfast was great.

The staff was amazing, especially Flavio and Damaris who were able to accommodate us in a better room 1711, after moving twice due to rooms temperature and bathroom issues. The stay was very good and the breakfast was good as well. I would stay there again. Thank you!

The room was very clean but the chairs were old and worn. The bed is very good. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the wait staff are exceptional! Pedro at the front desk is exemplary in helping with anything and extremely professional and kind!

O hotel e’ muito bem localizado e possui um restaurante muito bom, tanto para serviço de quarto como cafe da manha. O único ponto que realmente desapontou foi a qualidade da internet. Durante minha estada de 3 dias, tive problemas de lentidão ou falta de conexão varias vezes, o que impactou seriamente minha capacidade de trabalho no local, tendo que procurar alternativas ao redor do hotel. Para o valor cobrado pela diária, eu sinceramente esperava não ter esse tipo de problema.

Property was decent, great breakfast buffet and great service. In terms of property/rooms they were a bit dated.

The first day we arrived, the phone system and the wifi wasn’t working. Pretty much unsafe in case we needed to contact the front desk. The washroom had a clogged sink and a very small shower. A front desk staff called Isabela was very professional and willing to solve wifi/tv which was very difficult to operate. There was a glass door fridge in the bedroom with a light inside that we had to use a towel to cover the glow. What a bad idea.

Good value for the money

This hotel is located in a quiet neighbouring and provides good quality of stay for guest. But if you want more cheerful area with more things going on it’s Paulista av. wi fi in a hotel is free but terrible as almost no connection. Had constant leak in a shower cubicle resulting in a paddle on the bathroom floor every day. It was dried and cleaned by the staff but how about fixing it once and for all? But all in all it’s a good place to stay with good daily breakfast.
