Excellent location. Great room

This property is showing its age. There are lights in halls missing covers. Floor tiles in tge elevator are unevenly laid and a trip hazard. The room bathroom tiles are loose. The room smells musty. The rain shower head is positioned so that the water runs beyond the curtain and floods the floor. Tiles on the side entry are broken and laying on top of other tiles. However, Edward (front desk clerk) was exemplary and a delight during our stay. Housekeeping and other staff were friendly and polite. These employees deserve a better property!!

Are stay was awesome. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly.

Nice variety for free continental breakfast. Patio was nice for evening wind-down. I was impressed by their cleanliness! Extremely helpful and friendly staff!

This place is nice and have clean rooms , only issue is pool has been closed for maintenance the last three times I’ve been here

We found out at check-in the pool was closed for maintenance for our entire stay. This was a key reason we booked this hotel. My kids were very disappointed.

I prepaid for a night at this hotel. When I arrived there was a young lady doing her best to troubleshoot. She explained they were completely booked even though I prepaid. She had to call two other people and facetime them for help. Apparently, it was too hard for them to come in and support her. She then had someone escort me up to a room in the hopes it was empty. It was not. In fact, I overheard that group tell my escort they came back to their room door open. In the end, I did not have a room and was forced to drive an extra hour. Now, between hotels.com and Fairfield, I am having to deal with AI responses just to find out how I get my money back. I guess taking my money was a lot easier than securing a room or refunding my money.

No clock in room. Coffee maker in low cabinet with only one cup and only decaf coffee. Shower handle hard to operate. Not a good value for the price.

They had comfy rooms with a great breakfast

While at breakfast somebody walked into our room and stole 2 wallets. When reported to front desk she used every excuse. One of them being that because our door was not shut properly also that the cameras are only at the ends of the hall. Only people we seen when going down to breakfast was cleaning staff they were probably watching us.

The evening front desk staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and quiet (from traffic, trains and other guests); the bed was comfortable. Drawbacks: the room was not very clean, but the sheets were clean! That's a plus! Solution: I went to Walmart to buy Lysol wipes and wiped down everything which made my stay much better. Would I stay there again? Yes, but I will bring a tub of Lysol wipes.

Pleasantly surprised. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. So kind and upbeat. The breakfast was warm and tasty and the options were numerous. Family friendly.

Appreciated the good location off the interstate!
