One being allocated a room on the third floorwhen checking in late, I found that the room had not been prepared and the bed was unmade the bins were full of rubbish. The receptionist was helpfully reasonable and gave me an immediate replacement on the ground floor which was quite comfortable and served my purpose for a one Stop over on the way back to the UK. The room itself, although clean did not feel as though it had been thoroughly prepared and that there was an empty bottle of water and the carpets perhaps needed a hoovering!

The hotel was a satisfactory, good value overnight stop on our journey. Our second time staying in an Enzo hotel. The check in machine outside was badly positioned, very low and in the sun so screen very difficult to see, otherwise the check in process is simple. Free tea/coffee/cold water is available in foyer, which was appreciated. The rooms are basic, clean.Unfortunately the soap dispenser in the shower had not been refilled so I just filled a paper cup from the hand basin dispenser. Good value for money. Several restaurants a few minutes walk away so ideal if you've been driving all day and don't want to go into town!!

Great hotel on the ground floor, full of motor racing items and memorabilia. Upstairs the corridors are dark and the rooms are basic, with the racing theme carrying on throughout. Quirky and adequate.

Kind of strange - check in via kiosk. Weird decor but clean.

Let me be clear, I actually stayed in the hotel about 1 week earlier than my reservation shows. The shower was stained of mold. The ceiling ventilator seemed inoperative. Paint was peeling off the ceiling. All night long was noises from the water pipes. Finally, at the end of a long night without getting much for sleep because of hearing people opening and closing doors, flushing toilets, and so on I decided to make some coffee. The smell was horrible. I looked inside and discovered someone poured something acidic like vinegar into the water boiler probably to decalcify it, but never finished cleaning it out. The one positive thing was the person downstairs who was nice enough to let me borrow two glasses, because my room had not one glass to drink out of. This could be a really great hotel if better managementbegan. I thought about contacting the owner directly.

Friendly staff, clean room with a comfy bed and very reasonably priced. Quiet despite being close to the motorway, perfect for a stopover . Tea and coffee making facilities, built in hairdryer and complementary drinks which you don’t always get in reasonably priced hotels.

Hotel tucked out of the way behind a retail park including some restaurant options. Handy location near intersection and noise wasn't a problem. No problems with room fittings and cleanliness. Other reviewers had mentioned a smell of drains - this was not really noticeable for us but you're booking effectively a themed travelodge style place at the back of a retail park, it's not going to smell of lavenders and peonies. Less than a mile from supermarket/fuel and Luxembourg City is doable in 35 mins if you don't hit the horrific rush hour traffic - which starts about 06:30 and lasts through to 09:30.

This is a nice and functional hotel in a good location for and en route stopover. The location near the main motorway is convenient and close to a range of good eateries. My room was clean and had the expected amenities, I did not take breakfast, just passin' through.

After a really bad Kyriad hotel experience a couple of night previous, we were nervous about staying 2 nights at this hotel. Couldn't have been more different. We stayed here 2 nights as we were visiting Luxembourg City for a day. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel friendly and had nice feel about it.

Our main issues was there was a strong smell of sewage in our room on the second floor, requested staff to fix but they tried and failed, staff attitudes was disappointing, no service focus? Holes in carpet out side our room added to the tacky effect

I used Thionville as a base and did day trips to Trier (in Germany) and to Metz and Nancy. The hotel is well placed not far from the highway but with easy access to town. It is situated in a development with a massive carpark, cinemas and 3/4 restaurants. Even a MacDonalds if you have kids!

We stayed here overnight on our way from Italy to Dunkirk. It was an excellent decision being really close to the autoroute. The rooms were clean and comfortable with coffee making facilities provided. The staff was inviting and friendly - especially the excellent linguist who was working on the reception in the evening. (She was fluent in both English and Italian) A nearby establishment was recommended for our evening meal which was very good indeed and we received a discount because we were staying the Kyriad. We will certainly go out of our way to stay here again.

The room was a tad bit small, but it suited my husband and myself just fine. The hotel was lovely and the area it was in had a decent selection of food and entertainment without going into the middle of Thionville and tons of traffic! There were 6 restaurants, a movie theater and laser tag in the parking lot behind the hotel. There was no noise from the autobahn across the parking lot. Many different types of food were given at the buffet style breakfast. The food was all fresh and the cheese and meats were all local! We absolutely loved it!
