Beautiful building and a lovely, friendly hotel. You will be 10 minute walk from the centre. Be aware that although they offer free parking there are only 15 spots. You may be asked to find a spot on the street as we were. Also if your room faces the street there will be constant traffic noise. The town is wonderful with many great places to eat.

Very interesting and sympathetic renovation of an historic building. Our room (which I think was one of the most basic) was of generous size, well-equipped, and stylishly decorated. The welcome and all subsequent attention form the staff was fast, efficient, and friendly.

Stayed for one night in Palacio de Arizan on holiday. The hotel is in a nicely refurbished old palace with plenty of charm. Room and service at the reception was great. Fine breakfast and good parking facilities just outside the hotel. Short walk to local Wine Bodegas. Certainly recommended.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms have beautiful big beds and modern bathrooms & is in a good location. It's worth noting that there is limited free parking available outside the hotel. We emailed in advance for advice on where we could leave our car. The hotel advised where the nearest car park was (paid) and a nearby street with free parking spaces. Unfortunately the street parking was completely full when we arrived so we put the car in the car park. On arrival at the hotel we were told we could park outside as long as we displayed a permit available from reception. It was a bit annoying to only be told this after we had carried our luggage from the car park, especially after making specific enquiries in advanced.

Two night stay before visiting Doñana Natural Park. Fabulous old building, beautifully restored. A few minutes walk from centre, less than 10 minutes walk from beach. Helpful staff, very patient with our poor Spanish. Say to find off main ring road. Free parking on site.

Hi, this is a lovely hotel in a refurbished traditional palace with courtyard etc. V Mdoern and the staff were great. There's free parking and it's on the edge of the main shopping district within easy walking to all main sights. The only drawbacks were that it looks onto a main road and there's a rubble area immediately outside so it isn't particularly quiet or has a great view. But it was brilliant value, beautifully appointed and staff were fab.

We liked the hotel very much. Very modern, spacious, and clean. Great service and free parking. Wifi is included. The hotel is not in the most beautiful part of town but it seemed safe and the town is easily walkable. Wonderful town, very authentic and less overrun by tourists.

Lovely repurposing of an old building. A modern hotel inside an old structure. Good location. Helpful to have (included) self parking out front. Front desk staff welcoming and attentive. WiFi slow in room- perhaps due to thick walls or distance from modem?

I have stayed at many dozens of hotels in the last few years. The staff at the Hotel Palacio de Arizon was absolutely the friendliest I've ever encountered. Over a 10-day stay, I came into contact with many members of the staff. From the very first moment of check-in, everyone was eager to help, proactively offered information, extremely courteous and polite. Along with a very comfortable room and proximity to the city center (5 minutes walk to the Plaza del Cabildo), I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Even though the surrounding area looks more akin to a building site, once you get over the threshold this is a very nice hotel. Lovely atrium with rooms off on both floors. As for the room, well, you could have quite a party in here. Ours was palatial! Good size bed and bathroom also a good size. Its all modern, but with that typical Spanish style.

Visited the region to watch the MotoGP event at the nearby Jerez race circuit. Decided to stay in Sanlucar to avoid the crowds, found this hotel on Expedia...what a gem!! Close to the centre of town which burst into life in the evenings. The food is typical Spanish for this area, lots of fish, but served with friendly manners and at very reasonable prices. Great weather, great area and seaside town, great hotel, great bike racing - can't wait for next year!!!

The unattractive exterior is off putting, but the interior of this restored old palace is interesting and comfortable. Rooms are large, our bathroom excellent, and the young staff team exceptional. Parking is free. The hotel provides a reasoable breakfast, and snacks are also available. The bar has a glass floor which reveals stone jars which Columbus used ....apparently! There is central courtyard which serves as a pleasant lounge, overall a good place to stay with a difference.
