I liked the property itself. There was a wide variety of a la carte restaurants, but none of them were worth it. We had to wait two hours for our food at the American Country restaurant, especially. When it arrived, we couldn't eat it. In my opinion, the buffet was better, although it was a 6/10. Money was stolen from our room, and it wasn't visible; it was inside a wallet.

Amazing staff and resort. Best resort in Punta Cana. Beautifully renovated and HUGE. We found new spots in the resort every day. Absolutely loved our stay and will be coming back.

El motivo numero 1 las playas del hotel horribles ,la comida en los restaurantes de muy mala calidad y lo más importante por favor hay un programa de la dictadura cubanos en el canal 112.3 esto es intolerable que sucede en un país libre les pido por respeto a los cubanos que retiren de inmediato este canal

Everything was fantastic

Excelente hotel. Muy divertido para niños y adultos. Fácil acceso a todo. Variedad de restaurantes y parques acuáticos para niños. En los parques disfrutan tanto los niños como los adultos. Ls habitaciones son súper grandes y cómodas. Siempre las mantienen limpias, son muy amplias, si vas en familia te sentirás muy bien, porque nadie tiene que estar pegado, ya que cuenta con mucho espacio y comodidades. Me tocó vista al parque acuático de niños y era fenomenal. Fui con otra familia y nos colocaron al lado. La comida de los restaurantes y el buffet es muy buena. El servicio a la habitación es bueno también, todo lo haces por la aplicación. Si deseas ir a las Riu Party lo puedes hacer tanto usando el transporte o caminando, ya que queda muy cerca. Tiene una tienda, casino y discoteca (la discoteca es muy divertida también). Los Riu Party son una experiencia que no deberías perderte, aunque solo vayas un ratito. Si piensas realizar excursiones te recomiendo las hagas con el hotel, todo muy bien planificado y si conseguiste alguna oferta mejor en otro lado, te ajustan el precio. Hay variedad de piscinas, barras y lugares de comida. En el lobby podrás encontrar un carrito de un bar que prepara tragos diferentes todos los días y son exquisitos. Hay un lugar de mantecados y otro de postres y café que son excelentes para niños y adultos. La actividad en el teatro de Michael Jackson es a otro nivel. Nos gustó muchísimo este hotel. Sin duda lo recomiendo y regresaría pronto.

The hotel provided excellent selection of food and good housekeeping. Good location. Poor nightly entertainment. Taino buffet restaurant should have it's own washroom because of it's size.

Staff was kind. Most of the food was really good, especially the dinner in Zen. Lucy makes the best Espresso Martini of the group. The adult pools and swim up bar are a nice touch to relax, and of course the beach.

Food was great and rooms were always cleaned well when we had the room serviced. My only dislike was the Spa booking. We couldn’t get a booking due to the app not actually showing “booking slots”. You choose a time then submit the request. Then you have to wait to see if its available when they respond in 1-2hrs. So each time i made a request they eventually sent me a message asking if I could do it lime 4hrs later than the time I chose. We really wanted a massage. It was to be the highlight of our 10yr anniversary trip but since we had no idea what was available it didnt happen. Riu, get with the times and have your app show what time slots are available for the Spa. Would have been 5 stars but was really disappointed with this.

Resort was fantastic, food was not. Very clean, organized, friendly staff. Waterpark was great and activities at the pool. Beach had a lot of seaweed but it’s my understanding this is not the norm (ocean currents). Food was disappointing; buffet was fine but the a la carts restaurants were terrible. We tried Mexican, Italian and steakhouse. All bad. Food is all clearly prepped in advance, which led to soggy salads, stale breads and overcooked vegetables. Gluten free options were minimal and I got gluten every single day from some thing that was listed as gluten-free. Unless they change up the food, we would not go back, but if they did, we absolutely would.

The property is gorgeous and maintained very well. The updated rooms are modern and have a very thoughtful layout. It’s a fun hotel with lots of activities and food/drink to always be had.

Everything was great! The food and service, the property is beautiful. Everything was very clean. I would definitely come back.

This resort was very nice. I was a bit concerned over some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised with the resort, the pools and the dining options. I was scared because at most all inclusive resort you have to book the restaurants but here it’s first come first serve but didn’t have to wait long at any restaurant.

Great Stay and great staff

Let your guest know when water is being turn off. Went to use the lobby washroom and the lady at the desk didn’t tell me it was turn when I asked where the washroom was Other wise everything else good to drinks to area to service was excellent

Worst food dirty rooms bugs everywhere, rude service our shuttle left us even when we were on time. The water is all seaweed. The weather is terrible barely could breath
