Easy check in, the room was a lovely size with a great bathroom. Very clean and room service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent great way to start the day. The staff could not do enough for you absolutely no complaints

Clean room, breakfast ok

The place is very close to the Palermo cathedral and eateries, very convenient. Nice to include breakfast. The only place throughout our monthlong trip in Italy with legit air conditioning. The place falsely advertised onsite parking. There is a public parking lot within a block but it is full and over parked at all hours all day every day. There street parking also is always full. Public and street parking is not onsite parking.

Rita took very good care of us, her breakfast was outstanding and she was very easy to talk to. Our host Vincent was very courteous and professional. I would definitely book them again. Ciao for now

Nice room, great breakfast, good location

The owner was very slow to respond when I reported no heat in the apartment. I reported it on Monday morning, then again on Wednesday. The heat was fixed on Wednesday night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The noise from neighboring homes was very loud. The rooms were very basic and some of the remotes didn’t work.

Extremely friendly and responsive staff. This is a great location, only about a 5 minute walk from the cathedral but much less busy.

Very nice owner, very helpful plus location fantastic walking distance. Ac Brend new. But is quite zone there so taxi will drop you on different street.

It was a little tricky finding but the place was so nice with comfortable bedding and air conditioning. Thought they might have a little more at breakfast but the croissants were huge and delicious!!

Property itself is good. Spacious, renovated rooms with air conditioner in every room, balconies, elevator, everything is renovated and in good condition.

Overall excellent with an amazing breakfast of homemade baked items. However, our arrival was a bit odd. At 4:00 PM there was no staff at the premises. After no response to the doorbell, we were forced to activate costly international roaming on our phone (the only time during an 18-day trip) to reach someone who provided information on how get in. During our 5-day stay, it appears there was no management around after noon--sometimes not even after 10:30 AM.

The room, in fact it was a suite, was spacious and clean, with a refrigirator and AC in each room. The only issue was that the shower glass doors were installed very unstable and one of them falled on my husband during shower. The glass broke in small pieces and even wounded slightly my husband. However, the manager arrived immediately and cleaned the bathroom and flat. The location was wonderful.

Frederico Secondo was exactly as described. Situated very close to most of the major attractions in Palermo. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A very good stay

Federico was fantastic. It’s a bit hard to find at first, but it’s really central and very close to the Duomo and from there, the Quattro Canti. Vincenzo is very responsive. Place is clean, and big, and I enjoyed my stay there.

Nice people. Nice staff, lovely home made cake for breakfast. Well situated. Thoroughly recommend.

Good ensuite room, breakfast was as expected and good coffee too - espresso and Americano (we’re a latte and cappucino free zone!). Would book again on our next potential visit as it was fairly quiet at night and close to some of the main sights.
