Stained bedsheets with hairs. Safe not working. Curtain rails not fixed so constantly fell down onto my head (I had to tape them up). Kettle leaked constantly into electrical system causing circuit breaker to trip. Matresss worn out and springs weak on one side. Building access keycard did not work, even when changed. Manager told me i needed to leave a day early but admitted it was an error.

I always use this area for work or tourism. It is a nice area, near of almost everything. You have to metro lines that help me a lot when I have to connect with different places in Santigo. Then, at night, you have nice places for dinner, like Barrio Lastarrias, Bellas Artes, and other places near. In this places you have more than 40 apart hotels, with different kind of services, but more or less all of them have similar rates.

There were no amenities in the bathroom. Never came cleaning staff, according to what was offered at reception. The dishes were not cleaned properly. The room was comfortable, the location was very close to the city center.

Great location to orient ourselves to Santiago. Great to be able to easily go to the markets and cook for ourselves when we wanted to.

Apartment is in a complex of 4 buildings. We were sent to wrong reception 3 times as the reception is not in the same building as the apartment. Not a great experience after a flight from Australia. Thought I was booking an apartment with a queen bed and a single but the single was a sofa bed

Clean, safe, excellent location, but confusing check in process, TV didn't work, shower fell out of wall while using, not enough towels, poor AC, extremely small one bedroom apartment with a queen bed and broken down sleeper couch. Would not have stayed more than one night. Much better for a couple.

Once you arrive at street level you are told to head up to floor 10 in Spanish to the proper reception area. Mario was very friendly and the only English speaking reception staff. There are 4 different towers within the block you might be staying in. After heading back down to ground and finding my room in tower C, level 22, I was surprised to see a clean and spacious apartment. Although the wall-mounted AC leaked all night and formed a pool of water it was a more than acceptable stay. A big supermarket is located in the same city block as your hotel and not too far away is Santa Lucia and the Square. Snow Tours office is just across the road for easy holiday touring. Make sure you visit Valparaiso on the coast -great for some street photography!!

- checking in involved going to the 10th floor office to obtain keys. Going back down and then up some stairs with luggage to another tower to rooms on the 10th and 17th floors. When checking out you had to go these steps in the opposite direction to reach the office on the 10th floor. - no air conditioning; however, the evenings were cool and the lack of air conditioning was not a problem. Carol's room on the 17th was with air conditioning but with no telephone. - telephone could not be used to call out of Santiago and you could not use it to call the front desk

Really neat and cosy place with everything you need. Little kitchenette for making breakfast and very close to all major attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay there and the place provided everything we needed.

Where we were is not really a hotel but a condo complex. Ideally located with a supermarket next door and easy walking to main attractions and the Metro. Checkin was a bit chaotic as the pool had been cleaned and was being filled the day we arrived so the water was off in our tower. As a result no one could check in 'till later. Maid service was ok but we never new if they would come some days or what time? If your room faces Cerro Santa Lucie you will get good view. However if you are there Xmas and New Year be prepared to loose sleep!!

The check-in is tedious because the reception is on the 10th floor of a different tower. The staff did not respond to the lack of a working phone and safe. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible because of the long stairs between the towers.

Great location, great service and great room. Getting wifi to work was a hassle (only because the person at reception gave us the wrong password and they are in a separate apartment complex, so it was a slight annoyance going back and forth).

There was a significant descordianción between administration of Altamira Apart hotel and you (Hotels.com). I reserved an appartment with two beds and I received only an appartent with one bed. The problem was relieved by placing a sofa bed. I hope in the future you can correct the lack of coordination
