Melinda and Dakota were amazing hosts! They were there to greet us with smiles, information about the area, places to visit and great restaurants for us to try! Each and every restaurant that they recommended were fabulous and even some gave us a 10% discount because we were staying at the Seamark on First. The location was perfect!

Place is in the perfect location, and the staff are the just incredible people! Can’t do enough to help you have a great experience. A great place to stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Easy walking distance to transport and dining options. Coles was a 5 min stroll away. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Great stay, good communication and access to beach

We had a wonderful experience, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the room had an amazing view of the beach, and we didn’t need to get our car out because everything was walking distance. Loved it.

Stove not working properly chairs and couches v ry uncomfortable Beds too small In need of renovation and upgrade of furniture Lifts and corridor are in need of cleaning Disappointed with reception hours. Most days closed by 3 Arrived about midnight and did not receive a code as advised to access he safe Need more communication Will not be recommending to friends and family

Great accommodation close to the beach, Esplanade shops and restaurants and supermarket. Apartment was clean and quiet with a view of the ocean and enough space for 5 of us - including 3 teenagers - to survive happily for 10 days! We will definitely stay here again in the future.
